I needed this for my daughter's classes during the CoVid19 quarantine. For that purpose is good enough. You can tell that the keyboard seems flimsy but since it does have a touchscreen I'm not that worried yet, it's only been a month.

This laptop has provided great results and the touchscreen has been an added bonus. I would buy this if you are looking for a small step above the most budget/basic laptops. Great for students or those needing something to stream videos.

When my wife needed a new laptop computer we went to Best Buy.The associate answered all our questions and helped us find a laptop that met her needs. She got one that was faster and had a touch screen. We also got the data transferred by the geek squad.

Great laptop and super fast. This touch screen is super easy to use and with a 10-key it makes it even more versatile. Loads really fast. The large screen makes it easy to view everything you are working on. Definitely would buy this again.

Picked up his computer at Best Buy when I found out I’ll be working remotely from home. Was pleased were found this computer and a touchscreen plus! It works beautifully, start up was quick and haven’t had a problem and remote access has been smooth

I purchased this laptop during the start of the pandemic and it has exceeded my expectations. I use in primarily as a work from home computer and it more than meets my need. I would indeed recommend this to a family member or friend.

Love the touch screen & screen size. I haven't had any issues with it. I originally bought it so I could work from home but then my employer bought me a surface pro. I like mine better because it has a bigger screen.

Got this computer for my daughter to use for school. And now that school is online learning because of these times it has Definitely been pushed to the limits and runs great. A must get for online learning for an expensive computer.

I am very happy with my decision to purchase this laptop. The machine boots up fast, it's quite, and just the right size and it isn't heavy. I recommend this machine if you are someone that could use a machine without paying a hefty price.

I needed it to work from home and my Dell has made my transition easier and efficient. Everything I needed was available with help and directions on shortcuts and explanations. I am/was truly satisfied with everything including the price.

This is a nice entry level computer. I use it mostly for emails, office word and excel, video watching. I like the 15.6” screen. At times the touch screen isn’t as responsive as I’d like, I’m used to my iPad.

This Windows 10 Home S laptop is a great deal. Its been very reliable so far and is super speedy. Would recommend for home use as well as for a business "thin client" alternative to just connect to VPN and then to a terminal server.

I purchased this Dell laptop to replace a 8 year old HP Envy. I was not sure about the specs at first, but after a while it has been my go to machine to quick browsing and bill payment. Great machine for being stuck indoors right now.

one of the best computers i've ever bought, if you don't need the hard drive space, the SSD is the way to go, makes it run so fast. touch screen is great, 8gb of RAM also key, very nice. can't go wrong. sale price made it a steal.

This is a functional, very easy to use laptop. It has great features and allows you to surf the internet, perform work tasks, play games and more. It has a good amount of memory and speed for the price. Overall a good family laptop.

I was a bit worried I was purchasing a dude when getting an-open-box laptop. But it was one of the best decisions I've made. The PC is great, it arrived brand-new. Everything works great, it's faster than I expected. Love it.

I like my lap top . it is very good and it is easy to use , I am very happy with it . I had a problem with getting a virus but the Geek Squed fixed it in good time and It is working great again. very happy.

Fast entry level computer. We came back a year later and bought the next generation for our daughter. My only complaint is that our sin spends entirely too much time playing on it...
