I had to get a laptop quick to start working from home very unexpectedly due to shut down. I went to Best Buy at lunch and my laptop and it’s been wonderful!! I e been able to get my work done with ease!!! Highly recommended!!!

Good laptop for the price the solid state drive and 8 gigs of ram make it pretty fast

I wanted a spare laptop as a spare since I already owned a Lenovo Yoga that has a severely compromised battery. After discussing this with a member of Best Buy I decided to try this Dell out. I have been extremely happy with my purchase. One day I needed to have a code sent to me to verify that I wanted to change an account, it kept failing as I tried to retrieve the email. So I signed into my Dell and voila it worked like a charm. I have used the word processor and other things and so far I am liking my purchase.

This is my 2nd Dell Inspiron. I really like the touchscreen, but it lasted less than a year. We'll see about this one. The Best Buy experience was much better than my original purchase so I'm hopeful:).

Great laptop. I bought this to use for a start up business and it's very fast and I've not had any problems with it at all. Beautiful display, loud speaker. Wish it had a disc drive, but I'm doing okay without.

Decent, fast, cheap laptop with Ryzen processor. After a couple of years of usage, though, it runs hot and loud. The storage could also have been better.

The laptop is big but light enough. The graphics are good and the speed is great. The touchscreen has a slight ghosting image that I was able to correct after a quick internet search. So far it’s a great laptop.

I was in the market for a laptop, and for the price, this laptop exceeded all of my expectations. It was because of an employee recommendation that we purchased this laptop and we are thoroughly impressed.

I purchased this laptop for e-learning and my own business and it works perfectly. I really am happy with the touch screen which is helpful for young kids who don't always understand how to use the mouse.

I had never owned a Dell before purchasing this one. I purchased this right before the COVID pandemic began. Had I known what was about to unfold I would have chosen another laptop. This laptop works well with Microsoft Office programs and even does well with google searches, online shopping, etc. However, it does not play well with Zoom. It has issues with freezing screens and my voice gets distorted when trying to speak during a meeting. I thought it was our internet, but Zoom works fine on my android phone. If I didn't have to Zoom so frequently (2-3 times per week) it would be fine.

I love this computer buy it in deal of the day at a very good price, works very well all the programs that I use from document editing to design programs, all very well with its finishes.

I bought this to basically work from home, but my daughter loves to draw. This was perfect for both of our uses. The screen is a nice size too. And not too heavy if I need to bring it with me.

I LOVE this laptop. I am currently working from home and it has worked really well. I have no problem with downloading software or working on complex projects. I am very happy with this purchase!

Very happy with this laptop. I keep forgetting it’s a touch screen and I’m always touching it and going to a different page but I love it! No issues very easy to use! Happy with my purchase!

Nice computer of surfing the web and music. The price was right. It does bother me how hot the underside gets, contacted Dell and they said it was normal. I would invest in a laptop holder.

It's a good buy for the price. Seems well built and not so heavy. The speed isn't bad for the price point. Hope this lasts a while.

It is a pretty good little computer to match the bigger one I already have. The computer does run hot easily and slows down majorly when it does. It also advertises solid state hard drive and that is not accurate to the two computers that i received. Other than those issues it is a good computer and does what I need it to do.

Lightweight and compact. Th touchscreen is great. My teenagers have been able to take it to school to do their homework. The memory is perfect.

Good price and good results. We have been using this for several months and have had zero issues.

Was on a good sale. Needed a computer to replace one that had died in a power outage, this filled the bill and was a laptop for what I expected to pay for a desktop!
