Quite an excellent computer for the price. Pretty fast (even given Windows 8.1), good touch screen, nice overall. Doesn't seem to come with much bloatware.

For the price, you can't beat this computer. Windows 8 can be worked around by using the Desktop instead of the Apps, which is what I do. No light showing number lock or caps on, which I miss, but the keyboard is quiet and it has a number keypad. I've only had it for a month or so, and have had no problems. Use it for email, internet news and games. Don't use for real games or music.

The Dell inspiring has been a great tool for my family. My 10 year old uses it daily. My only complaint is the touch screen seems to have a mind of its own. Opening or resizing screens. This may be a sensitivity and operator issue. Both me and my child have experienced it. Despite that, I would recommend this laptop. And feel it is a great product for the price.

Nice computer. Easy to use. The touch screen is very useful.

Solid machine. It has all of the features I want for a fair price. Two things that slightly bother me about this machine. Its performance is not as swift as I would like. Last the screen resolution is not as crisp and colorful as I like. These hang ups I can deal with. I'm not using it for anything more than school and light web surfing.

Was looking for the lowest cost Intel, WIn8, 15.6 screen size laptop that Best Buy had to offer to replace 9 year old Dell XP laptop used for email and internet. It's just fine for those uses. Didn't realize it lacks a lighted keyboard. Not sure what the lowest price laptop with that feature would have been, but wish I had realized that at time of purchase. Streamed Netflix once and it worked fine.

Easy to setup, and is versatile with the touchscreen and keyboard combo depending on your preference.

It's pretty good for the price. The touch screen is not that sensitive, but you get what you pay for.

Nice computer for the price. I'm a struggling artist, so money is not something I have an abundance of. Still, I need a decent computer and I found one here for a really good price.

Easy to use straight out of the box. Did not really want the touchscreen but really like it now. Plenty fast and memory. Great for a student or someone not really tech savvy.

I got what I wanted in an inexpensive laptop that I take in the field and don't have to worry about if something happens to it. It is inexpensive, Windows 8.1 and runs great

I like this big screen laptop, it is sturdy.It is till working after been dropped on the floor couple of times. Downside: its heavy. Again, Value for money.

I brought this computer for my son's "family" Christmas gift. He's better with his hands (auto mechanic) than with technology sometimes. Right out of the box he was up and running on his own. Does everything he needs/wants it to. I had great advice in the showroom picking it out and getting the right Office program. As usual, great advice/product selection/service at BEST BUY!
