I love this laptop!!! I haven’t used a laptop or computer in over ten years my partner passed away so I had to learn how to work a laptop to save my business. This laptop is a dream come true fast and helpful. Touchscreen what more can you ask for lol Great Buy From Best Buy

I purchased this computer for school work and business and thus far I am impressed. It boots quickly the touch screen is nice and easy to work with. I wanted something that was basically plug and play and this is what I received with this product. I have always purchased HP products in the past however this exceeds the past performances.

I was needing a new lap top and wasn't sure what kind to get. This Dell was available and for a great price. I decided to purchase it as am very pleased with it. It is lightweight, easy to set up and has a fast process time when loading web pages. I would buy it again.

So far a really nice laptop for $400. My first touch screen, very cool. I have to remind myself that I can use it that way. Very responsive. I like the 1TB hdd in addition to the 128GB ssd. I wish the ssd were larger, but I can upgrade later no problem. Good deal.

I purchased this laptop to keep up and manage bills, applications for jobs and such. It is perfect for just that. The battery does run low faster than most but again this device and the price it's not that big of a deal. I recommend this laptop for basic needs.

This is a surprisingly solid machine for it's price, SSD and HDD and Touch screen make it do most of what I look for in my portable office machine. Not a ton of power for gaming or video editing but day to day documents and spreadsheets this works well.

Purchased this in July 2020, it does the job we need it to do, my daughter uses it for school on the daily. The battery is not as good as I thought it would be, other than that it is a good laptop for the price, will get her through the school year.

I had been searching for a new laptop for a while when I found this one. It is fast and the touchscreen is very responsive. The storage space is great. I am having a little trouble getting used to working in Windows 10 in S mode. Otherwise I would rate it 5 stars.

For this price, the processor is fast, and 1TB of storage is beautiful. The touch screen is responsive, and keys feel good. The software comes on S mode, which prevents many programs from being installed due to its Safe mode. Easy to turn off.

I'm a college student who needed an upgrade on my laptop because my previous one was outdated and old. The boot-up time was dreadfully slow, but thanks to the SSD in this laptop, it boots up completely in less than 10 seconds. I really like the added feature of the 1TB HDD as a separate drive. It makes it easy to have a place to store tons of photos, and if you want to game, you can install the game onto the HDD where it doesn't affect the boot time of the SSD. I mainly got the HDD for photos and storage. NOTE TO USE THE HDD: You have to have some knowledge of how to actually set-up a drive. Initially, the 1TB HDD was not showing up in the control panel and I had to manually flash the drive and set it up. I'm sure you can watch a video on it, it's quite easy, but go into it knowing you have to do that. Overall, this is a phenomenal computer with just the right amount of computing power for me. Again I don't game, this is strictly for schoolwork. It handles Zoom calls like a pro and the resolution is great for Netflix.

This is my first touch screen laptop (I have had several tablets). It’s a regular sized laptop with a touchscreen. It runs smoothly. I haven’t downloaded anything I use it for work but I have no complaints at all especially for the price

This is the first Dell product that I have purchased. I was able to connect it to my wireless printer. I am pleased with the size of it and the ease of using it. It was reasonably priced and Best Buy answered any questions initially.

This laptop is plenty fast and easy to use. More than enough speed for the internet. It can easily handle research, streaming. It has plenty of storage for writing and photography editing.

This is just what I was hoping for. Not too much money, yet very nice quality It's plenty fast for what i need, which is a little bit of working from home, and online shopping. I'm very happy with tjhis purchase, and Best Buy as well.

I was looking for something to replace my old laptop that I use primarily for my home business. I wanted something that was powerful enough to handle my workload and multiple apps as well as bring under $500. I’ve had this laptop for about a month now and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s very light and fast, the camera is great for my zoom meetings and recording loom videos. The memory is expandable which is something I will be upgrading soon for even better performance. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and even the fact that the price dropped $50 a few days after I purchased and BestBuy price matched me the difference right away.

I don't know why I have avoided Dell for so long, but I got an excellent price on this one, and I'm glad I got it. Speed, ease of use, right size. Only minus seems to be a short battery life. I need to plug it in after two hours or so.

This was the most reasonably priced laptop I found that included the touch screen and memory features I wanted. So far it has been great. Speedy and easy to use. Note - the laptop comes preloaded with “edge” browser and an antiviral program. This sounds great, but in order to load commonly used services like chrome and zoom I had to uninstall the provided programs (which made me a little nervous) which were blocking the use of anything not in the MS catalog. I want to be able to load and use the programs I choose and not be limited to only the apps in the MS catalog (very limiting). I did the uninstall (and added mcafee) and so far everything is fine, but I was not expecting to be so limited out of the box.Other than that, for what I need it for (web browsing, zoom happy hours during quarantine) it’s great.

Needed new laptop and got this Dell touch screen with 8GB memory and 1TB HHD for what I thought was a great price. Two weeks later got $50 back with Price Match Guarantee. Love the convenience of having a touch screen.

I get a all around comfortable feeling with computer.. Very easy start up and Tutorial to get me up to speed. I love the touch screen, it's something I always get now. Nice responses and adaquate memory for my needs.

Best laptop you can get for that money very fast reliable and great graphics. Storage is awesome 1tb on a hdd to storage everything and 128gb on a ssd to boot and operate super fast. Battery keep up and great style.
