Overall I like the laptop and it has good battery life and speed, and a responsive touch screen. However the mouse pad does not respond well to me and about 2 weeks after I bought it a huge line of pixels burned out on the screen. There are definitely some quirks with this machine.

Purchased for my 10 year old and he is very happy with it. He is streaming from his XBoxOne to it, browsing, and using iTunes. Not using it for a high performance gaming machine so the memory, processor and non-SSD storage is sufficient. Great general purpose laptop and performs very well for the applications being used at an excellent price.

I originally bought a Lenovo laptop, but I hated the layout on the keyboard, so I decided to get this HP laptop and I love it!!!! The keyboard layout is great, the processor is good, fast enough for all I want to do, great screen resolution, AND it is a touchscreen!!!!! All at a GREAT PRICE!!!!! I am very happy with this laptop!!!!

I really love this laptop. I dont use it for gaming or anything but to upload and look at photos its perfect. Great size and weight with incredible speed for such a compact laptop. Battery last very long on basic internet browsing and screen quality is great. Price is worth the product. Recommended forsure

So far my daughter is really enjoying the Dell Laptop. No issues with connectivity of the internet and it is fast. It has plenty of memory what she needs. She really appreciates the speed of the laptop compared to her old ASUS. She also enjoys the size of the screen and it being a touch screen is nice.

Needed to replace my old Asus laptop that was so slow it was basically unusable. Best buy had a great deal on this laptop. Touch screen is nice although I don't really use it. I mostly went with this one because of the specs for the price. There were very few core i5s at this price point. 1 TB HDD is plenty for me. Also love the look of this laptop. The matte black is very nice. Build quality is ok, all plastic but fairly sturdy. Still would handle with Care though. It's got all the ports you'll need and a disc drive. Charger power supply is also shockingly small which is nice. Battery life is decent but it's breaking no records. Only complaint is that I feel after a month or two the computer seemed to get slower, but this could be my fault. It's still very usable and I love this computer for the price.

I bought this computer and was amazed at it's ease of operation. The touch-screen was a very nice facet and I rather enjoy it. The screen is very viewable and the keyboard reacts with ease.It's fast as well as very user-friendly and would recommend it to anyone looking to replace their laptop.

I got this as a Black Friday deal and it has not disappointed. The touch screen is a wonderful add on. It has plenty of storage for me. It fits in my backpack which is nice, I thought it was rather big and wouldn't fit but I have no problems with it. Dell makes a great product.

Good design, pretty well constructed and reasonably light for it's size. Love the touch screen. Viewing angle could be better and I would have liked a backlit keyboard. Price was great. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love my laptop. The price was absolutely amazing and the best thing was I was able to get it at 12 months no interest. I love the memory on it and the touch capability. Once this computer crashes I will definitely go and get the latest version of this

We bought this for our 8 yr. old. She uses it for her homework and to browse online. The touch screen is amazing. The weight and size are just right- not too large or too heavy, and it is very slim.

Great price on a fantastic laptop PC that my daughter uses for college.

Bought this one for my wife and she loves it. It is light weight, plenty fast for emails, paying bills and the occasional browsing. Screen not super bright but bright enough for any transaction. Definitely recommend it. Can't beat the price.

I bought this for my wife to replace her aging Asus laptop after the screen broke. Overall, we're fairly happy with it. It is fast, runs quiet and has a decent battery life. The hardware specs are more than sufficient for the work she does. Really, the only complaint she has had is that the touchpad is difficult to work with. She is no stranger to touchpads, she used one on her old laptop and also uses them on the Chrome books and other laptops at work, but this one continually frustrates her. Left and right clicks do not register properly and it often takes several attempts for it to do what she wants.

We needed this for my kids to do homework, general home accounting, email, iTunes, etc. It has enough memory and speed for our purposes and is a nice clean little laptop. Also, the touch screen is a neat feature!

This is one of those computers that look lije it has good specs, but its still a value laptop. It gets the job done if youre gonna be using it lightly, or for a kid. Its not good for intense use, but for the average kid, its great. I love the touch screen!

This is my first Dell Touch-Screen laptop, great performance from Intel Core i5 processor and with plenty of disk storages, to me, the Touch-Screen so convenient whenever I don't want to use the mice.

Very fast and light. Don't use it very often but when I do it loads right up and gets everything done quick and efficiently. First dell purchase and not the last. Love the touch screen capability.
