I am very impressed with this computer. The touchscreen is amazing.The hard drive is awesome. And the speed is incredible. I would definitely recommend this computer to my friends. Great job Dell.

I love the tablet mode on this and that it is touchscreen. So easy to use and with 1 terabyte I know I'll never have to worry about running out of storage. And you can't beat the price.

i have to say this laptop is great for the price i purchased for thanksgiving . good touch screen with 8gb ram is speed enough to perform daily activities . 1TB is huge memory .

The laptop is a nice laptop for the money. Speed is good. Memory is sufficient and the graphics could be a little better but are ok.

Bumped into this on a 2 day offering at 150 bucks off. Good storage and ram. Touch screen and voice command was included. The technology today is great for marginal end users like myself; system pretty much sets up itself. I was skeptical about upgrading from MS7. But have found The MS10 to be pretty good with changes being aimed at more efficient operations. I've had no issues with the laptop or the software. It's a bit sluggish on boot up. But for the great price I got a remarkable deal.

The Best Buy sales staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Price was excellent, especially since it came with a DVD/CD burner, which most don't these days and a touch screen! It also came with an Ethernet port that we needed as our wireless router doesn't work so didn't need to spend extra for a new router. Setup was a breeze and we got it up and running in no time. We are new to Windows 10 but it has been user friendly so far. We look forward to many years of use.

Great laptop for personal use. Lightweight - fast, easy to setup. Touchscreen is an added advantage. No complaints yet!

This Dell laptop replaces my last two laptops that were old (10 & 5 yrs old). I've always been happy with Dell laptops & this new Dell 3000 is no exception.

I got this for my high school student for class work. But steal it often. It's got a great big screen. It's extremely easy to operate and very fast.

It's a quick loading laptop; has a good amount of memory storage and the touch screen works great. The processor makes for easy movie streaming.

This Dell has been a great work and home laptop. Thought it was a great price too . Love the ease of use and touch screen as well as the speed.

I've had this for over 6 months. I push it to the limits with multiple browsers running. No Issues still running like brand new. Would buy again, better than previous laptops from other manufacturers without mentioning names.

If your not looking for a huge screen this is a great option, it is fast, plenty of memory, touch screen and a disc drive! I like it!

Lots of Ram and storage space plus a touch screen is a good start. There is still some lag when opening multiple apps but only a few seconds. The only drawback is the 5200 rpm hard drive, but that is the compromise for the value. Pretty easy to set up and if you upgrade to a SSD this laptop would be blazing. The screen opens at 120 degrees max if even that. Would have been nice if it could open flat or even wrap around.

I love this computer. It is very fast and plenty of memory. I absolutely love the touch screen feature for when I'm in a hurry!
