Computer is good but charging port broke already

I'm disappointed in the quality of Dell in that regard. I have had Toshiba's and HP's in the past and have never had a broken port. I have had many recommendations to try Dell. The computer seems good but I hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Did not receive the free Anti-Virus software
