this laptop is great and it is worth for the cost.

We had many problems with this Laptop. Could not get it to connect to the inter. Had to take it in several times to GeekSquad. It’s never been fixed about to take it back in again.

The specs are nice and price is acceptable, however, there have been several malfunctions on this item such as: screen won't turn on, and when it does it is occasionally fuzzy.

A little slow as expected in this price range. Only real disappointment is the display. Colors wash out if you are not directly in front of it and at the right angle.

I just use this as an everyday basic laptop to surf the web and it does it's job well. It's not the fastest nor the smartest but I would recommend it for basic use.

So far it's been pretty decent. Have had a couple issues with it loading slowly and once it froze and had to be restarted. Other than that it's been pretty good.

Loved the laptop but unfortunately the screen was too small for me to see even with glasses. I did exchange it for an all in one computer with a 23 inch screen.

Have to take it back in and have work done on it as its not charging. Loose port as the charger doesn't stay fully in now. So battery is almost dead.

I bought this laptop for college. It's kind of slow and the battery doesn't last long, but it does the job. For the price, I think it's worth it.

I have had this computer for four days and I have had to take it to geek squad twice. It's freezes a lot and wouldn't let me in certain websites.

This laptop is just OK nothing fancy nothing impresses me much and it could be faster when multitasking but overall it gets the job done .

I purchased this mid-grade laptop at a reasonable price, so I thought, until we found out it performed well below expectation...YIKES!!

I read the reviews which were great and thought for price sounded good. Unfortunately it didn't turn out this way. This computer is super slow right out the box. It's take super long to load and just runs slow all together. Very disappointed, definitely not worth the money. I spoke with another teacher who also bought this computer and before I could give my feelings she took the words right out of my mouth she hates it.

thought this would be faster than my 6 year old laptop, seems to even freeze up, maybe take back to store for warranty. buy HP!!!

Nice laptop, I am not used to Windows 10 so different navigation but overall nice. Very slow moving and takes awhile to boot up.

Trying to get Warranty Service is excruciating & convoluted .It started 11/3/17, and STILL is not resolved as of 2/1/18. I have no less than 50 Emails and numerous telephone calls to have the Warranty Service completed, And this computer is still waiting for a replacement DVD drive. After the Hard Drive was finally replaced by THEIR technician, the DVD / CD drive no longer worked. Sure I get responses to my Emails but it is never resolved [fixed]. I even get Emails telling me I will be getting an Email. ????? Then all I wanted to do was PAY the extra fee to keep the old Hard Drive. Dell would not allow me to just send a check. They told me I had to pay on-line. I have enough financial info floating around on the web. And I ALREADY was sent the replacement so it is not that they thought I'd beat them for the $$$ with a bad check. Then I felt like I was in a "March of the Wooden Solders sequel. My bill came in for 43 items @ $ 1.00 / each and not the correct bill of one item at $ 43.00. ??? It took a couple weeks to sort that out. I hate to say it but maybe my next computer will be an Apple.

I like it and it gets what I need done but very very slow and I have nothing on it. It’s basically at factory yet

This laptop specs looked decent online, I didnt look at the product in store before I bought it. Upon opening it the keyboard and trackpad felt super cheap and barely usable (coming from someone who types all day long on a macbook) I needed this for visual studio and to get use to windows 10 but this didnt make the cut. too slow and poorly made. I ended up getting an acer thats been great.

The mouse seems to stick at times and I sometimes hear it running rather loudly. Overall, it's basic laptop.

I have a lot of problems with the pad getting to what I want keeps bringing up side bars for a right click .
