No complains on the computer except the integrated mouse pad and buttons. Very cumbersome during operation.

Build & Finish - Average build and finish - feels huge and heavy - Has Matte finish. Externally the plastic is of cheap quality and if you press, it goes inside near the DELL logo (Doesn't appear to be sturdy) Operating System : I think this is original Windows 7 being upgraded to Windows 10 and hence there is a sluggishness in the system. I see an option to restore to windows 7 and hence my assumption. Hardware - Big plus is touch screen, i5 2.2 Ghz dual core processor, sufficient 6 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD, DVD and camera are plus Software : Office 365 is bundled as trial version with kaspersky antivirus Keyboard and Mousepad : The keyboard keys are not too good being an island style(Its a huge keyboard), have spaces between keys, the mosuepad doubles as the left / right click buttons and doesn't seem to appeal. Network : i did not face any issues connecting to wifi and the updates were installed smoothly. The reception is not too strong and requires to be closer to your router (might be a router issue as well?) Value for money : At a holiday deal discount its worth the amount spent. Without any discounts I will not recommend this product at its original price.

Laptop feels cheap plastic and touch is little slow in response. But good for the price that i paid.

I wish the battery lasted a little longer but overall it has done everything I need. Priced well

First one I got froze up and did not get past the start screen. The unit that replaced it is fine.

Average computer with potential. Did freeze up a few times while using the touch screen.

Had to have help installing some programs. Instill am having trouble with one of them.

Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.
