DON'T PURCHASE! I thought the price was right but now know why its so cheap. I actually bought 2. They are cheap quality, all plastic. The one looses internet and has to reboot constantly. The other keys type that are nit hit, functions activate that were not chosen, mouse has mind of its own, Takes forever to boot up, when click items routinely takes over 20 seconds to activate what was clicked and running nothing that takes resource, just Office and intern. I have been a Dell fan in the past but NEVER AGAIN! So disappointed and neve written a review before but have to with the hunk of junk computer.

For the Specs and price ,I feel not good about.At times it very slow.Even though it is i5 processor with 6gb ram .I feel very very slow.Even after stopped some of the Back ground process.Still very slow.

This i5 processor was terribly slow. Did not meet my expectations in terms for performance. It was very disappointing. Build was not good. Overall very bad laptop.

I bought this computer due to the higher processor. Thought I was getting a great value for the money. This computer is slow to load programs and to respond. Very disappointed

I bought this because it was on sale. Compared to my 4 year old HP that cost about the same its cheaper made. I would not recommend Dell.

Wasted my money slower than are old dell touch screen is not really needed don't know if that's why it's slow gave it to the kids

Wasn't a fan of the computer, the overall size was too big. Also, the curser kept getting stalled and stopped working.

i used this for two weeks and it took almost as long to start as my three year old laptop i got this to replace.

This laptop does not work as it is supposed to, it's way slower than a core i5 laptop. My last laptop was a Dell core i3 and it was much faster and smoother than this one. Also The engine is always making terrible noise, I got this laptop on sale, and that's why I'm thinking that sale items maybe those with problems, and because of that there is a price reduction for them.

We also had trouble trying to transfer data from the old computer to the new one because of Microsoft 10.

Very large and bulky, maybe good for someone on a limited budget who doesn't plan on carrying around.

Our first Dell was out of stock and ordered for us by our Best Buy clerk. On arrival it went directly to the Geek Squad. The GS noted that it was a lemon and sent it back - ordering another. The second arrived and was data-loaded by the GS. But it was bent and did not lie flat on a surface. So it was returned as well. We switched back to HP.

You would think with 6 gigs of memory this computer would be twice the speed that it works at.

worst, slowest, most frustrating laptop I've used so far...takes long time to load internet explorer. Mouse sometime gets stuck. as i opened a open box i bought the charger through dell...i will not get my money back from dell so dint want to return the laptop and loose the money i spent on buying charger :(

The computer I got was turning off randomly from the first day that I got it. I didn't have time to return it so I kept it for exactly a month until it turned off and wouldn't start correctly. Apparently the memory was defective. Also the trackpad and click buttons felt really cheap and uncomfortable to use

It works, extremely heavy but works for what I need it to do

The colors the screen is so low quality. Its low
