I got this laptop on deal and didn't know much apart from it being 13 GB RAM and i7 . After purchase u came to know that what 5th generation and 6th gen difference is. Although I was disappointed but computer did not show any signs of being slow or any glitches ... One thing that u noticed is Google chrome wouldn't work properly it froze . IE worked fine. Overall owning this for a month I am not a heavy user as others may be , I don't see any problem so far. Especially when I got it for $450.

I got it for 530 usd. Performe is good. Design is super thin and metal body. Battery life is not so good but okay. The dusplay is poor main minus for this laptop

Pros: Excellent look (like mac book) High features for less price Cons: Not a friendly keyboard. For ex, if you want to use page down key then we have to press Fn key along with Page down key.

Fantastic machine. Should last my parents for the next decade. Good battery life.

Great Configuration, Screen resolution not great, The Silver color Cover makes scratches very highly visible. Performance is Good. Based on the price, I can Recommend this product to every one. Thanks

I was surprised that there wasnt much bloatware however the Wi-Fi doesn't catch on so well for some reason. My other laptop had 5 bars from the same spot this one has 4.

I am very happy with my purchase I thought that it wouldn't be as slim as it is. It works pretty fast and I had no problem installing the software that came with it

I have purchased it in a deal and very happy with the purchase.Performance is excellent with 12 GB RAM. If it is a quad core even it will be more useful

This laptop has good speed. But keyboard is not easy to get use to because the keys are so far back. Would recommend for everyday use not for schooling

This is a wonderful computer for speed, visual and touch screen. However I was not able to keep due to small keyboard and way to large for mouse. It made it to difficult to type accurately with speed.

I bought this laptop for my wife. It is very portable and light weight. Battery life seems as advertised. She loves the software, key board, and that it is smaller similar to her tablet, but not that small.

I am satisfied with the features, there will be noise of processor fan. Very fast and good graphics. Size should be little smaller for carry due to its weight.

I bought "Dell - Inspiron 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver“ in April 2016. It's a good laptop with reasonable price.

This Laptop has a massive memory (RAM) and massive hard drive though it is running an Intel I7 processor its still not fast enough or it is not able to unleash the full potential of its powerful because its using a Ordinary Hard drive. it still caries the basic processes like word editing or playing basic games or surfing the internet. it was on sale when I got this. still decent compared to the price I paid for it. if you really want a fast computer that is able to perform heavy tasks I would recommend the XPS since it has the solid state memory and it runs Nividia video card.

I'm always a big fan of Dell laptop. And this i7 version really runs perfect for all my need from streaming online to playing pc games. Plus the weight makes me feel even happier.

For the price range of >$500, This laptop might be the best specs on market and also It thin and good looking laptop but somehow I dont like the screen resolution (too low) specially if you are used with Apple product and also if i put the laptop on sleep mode, it will be laggy when I work with it. I am thinking to return it and buy the better one.
