I am very happy with my choice of buying this Dell laptop. It had everything that I wanted including a more advanced processor, a big screen, an optical drive, an HDMI output, as well as a good graphics card. I didn't want a touchscreen and was appreciative of the fact that they made this model without one.

This is a great laptop for home use. It is rather large and heavy to be transporting everyday! But, we love it! It will seldom leave our home. My husband said it is very FAST compared to our other laptop.

Great, desktop-sized laptop. Big screen, nice responsive keyboard. Fast processor, big memory. The only reservation is that the mousepad is a little too sensitive - tends to resize the screen randomly.

Two years after original purchase, laptop works great still!

I got a new laptop because my Dell of over 5 years had finally gotten too slow to use and I'm finishing my dissertation and wanted something I could travel with. I wanted a large screen and thought it would be too heavy but its really not. Only had it for maybe a month but no issues yet.

I love this laptop. The screen is huge and exactly what I needed to do my college work comfortably. It is pretty heavy but that is a no brainer for how large the screen is. That’s a good trade off to me. The battery life is great and the speed is exactly what I was hoping for!

Pros Starts up and operates quickly. Good graphics. Cons Short battery life. The only way to tell if it needs to be charged is to turn it on since there is no external battery indicator. Transferring the stuff from the old laptop has been a nightmare. There is no easy transfer tool included with Windows 10 which is a Windows not a Dell issue. Frustrating none the less.

I tried to order this product at West Covina and the sales person tried to push me to another computer — I left and the next week went to puente hills and ordered the computer — The DVD and the screen size was important to the purchase but the item would not be delivered until January — the puente hills sales person didn’t try to push a computer I didn't want on to me

this Dell covers everything I needed when my HP broke. This product was recommended by everybody I asked...also has speed and everything needed for gameplaying and tablet use. Its a win win!...

I was distressed to have to buy a new laptop during this pandemic, because I couldn't go into Best Buy to SEE and COMPARE various products and talk to Best Buy staff. But I used the Best Buy website to narrow down some choices and was able to talk of phone to a Best Buy person. I still wish I could have left the transfer of data from old to new to the Geek Squad. I was pleasantly surprised though, when I turned on my DELL INSPIRON, and heard a voice say "Let's get started". The 17.3" screen was the largest available in a laptop - the "picture" is clear. I am still working on getting everything from old computer to new, where I can find it. But I am happy with this Dell - I need it for work every day.

This laptop is everything that I was hoping it would be. Very good resolution on the screen and a TB HDD is great for storing files.

This was easy to set up and navigate. The speed is awesome! So far I have been able to perform all the tasks I needed. I look forward to using this for quite some time

This Dell 17.3" Laptop is great for my work. I know some do not like the large laptop BUT I do! It allows me to see my worksheets perfectly.

Great Laptop. Good buy for the money. Fast boot and lot of storage space. Nice thing about this laptop is HDD and SSD.

Great large screen laptop for the price. This has all the features I was looking for without breaking bank.

After using it for a few weeks found it easy for geek squad to move data from old to new. Only bought new because of windows updates. The two drives were confusing to me to move data and photos. Price was great and lightweight for the large size.

Item was delayed and delivered several days after promised date. Once received, found that screen was damaged and wireless card was not working. Contacted Best Buy and requested that computer be replaced. Currently waiting on replacement. Customer service was helpful in trying to get this resolved quickly. Disappointed in quality of computer. Expected more from Dell.
