This laptop is the best I have ever owned. Every program I have installed has gone flawlessly. The screen picture is sharp and the response is quick. The salesman 'John' advised me well about the purchase and the experience was exactly as he stated. I received my bonus rewards and have used them for extra accessories. I will continue to use Best Buy as my primary electronics store. I will also now take another look at your appliances as I have a need. You have a very good business, thank you.

I have found this computer to be worthwhile. I love the fact that it is a tuch screen and also has the capabilities to work with a mouse. One of the best features to me is the back lit keyboard. Sometimes I want to type in the dark but couldn't now I can.

I mainly bought this laptop with a DVD drive. There were only two models available with this feature. I have purchased Dell in the past and have been happy with the brand.

Enjoying the product very much. It is really good for my use. I did go to the store about a week after the purchase to ask a question about how to do one thing. The sales clerk in the computer area did not know the answer to my question. (Not the clerk who helped us with the purchase). I asked if someone in the Geek Squad could answer it. He said only if I purchased the protection plan, which I did not. I also asked him about an owner's manual, not the small getting started pamphlet. He had no idea how to get one. Happy with product but not the follow up.

Needed a new laptop and found this one. The touch screen is remarkable and the overall speed is just what I needed. Quick blocks to take you where you want to go or standard desktop icons.

I am not a fan of Windows 8 at all, I am good with computers and the adjustment has been difficult...other than that it works great and is a lot faster than any computer I have ever used.

My new Dell 17 inch Inspiron Series 7000 Laptop completely lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. Display is sharp, it boots extremely fast, the appearance of the aluminium case is attractive and the feel of the keyboard is as desired.

Easy to use and follow. Touch screen is wonderful! Never thought I would like touch screen but wouldn't do without it now. Large screen is easy to see.

My beloved HP died. I had to buy another computer. I reluctantly purchased this Dell. It had everything I needed and the price was right. Unfortunately, I hate the mouse pad/tracker, whatever. You get the picture. It is super sensitive (even after adjusting the settings). Windows open and close randomly. Grrrr. Also, it has Windows 8 (boo!).

I really am pleased with the laptop. It has the new windows and I really like the touch screen. works more like the imac.

It's everything I expected from Dell. It boots up quickly, offers lightning fast browsing, and the touch screen eliminates chasing a cursor all over the screen.

Runs much faster than my Dell Lat. XP. Screen shaper. Taking longer to learn MS 8.1 than I expected. Touch screen not being used too much. Overall good machine. Had issue out of the box which Dell support helped with. Keyboard and mouse would not work out of the box.

I absolutely love this laptop. It is exactly what I wanted when I walked in the store!! I was also thrilled that the price at Best Buy was better than the one I found at Dell's Student Discount program (that one was also a lesser laptop). I am a little disappointed in the speed for online games such as FarmVille 2. This laptop was my upgrade so I could play that game. It works well, but I do wish it was a little better for that purpose.

The computer was good when it worked, unfortunately Dell Computers are not what they used to be. Issues with drivers for keyboard and touch pad, then issues with touch screen not working then both at same time. After 4 visits to geek squad with only short term resolutions decided to return and get something else.

I puchaased this to replace my entry level computer. 17" touch screen is great.

Easy to set up.. I like the Color Silver it looks Classy.. Easy to install MS Office.. and In just minutes, I started using the Laptop.. Surfing the Internet using my Wi-Fi connection at home.. Also, great sounds.. I like it..
