A functional laptop for average use

I bought it used as a display model and had to return to the store to have the system cleared out, which negated the savings I received with the open box special, but I have been pleased with everything so far.

Ideal for business portability

This computer was the only one available with all of the features I needed including disc drive....was very pleased with previous Dell products and was not let down one bit.

A lemon out of the box

Bottom line is that it went from bad to worse and I wound up buying an HP. Best Buy was helpful in that my local store accepted the return (which I had bought on line) without question.

Very responsive large laptop

Getting online is so slow unlike w my old laptop.

Getting online is so slow that I have to go back to my old laptop for online school work. The store model was very slow but the salesperson said it was because there were so many devices on their store internet.
