    We bought an open box computer and kept getting a message that system detected an error and had to be restarted. When it worked it was fantastic so we returned it this computer and Best Buy was able to find a comparable computer.

    Aside from an issue involving internet connectivity, I've had one of the best experiences of my life with this laptop. With a solid-state drive, it loads quickly (and shuts down as quick as well). The programs run quite well on it, and the clearness of the screen is incredible.

    I may have been expecting too much for this. I'm not real happy with the performance. It seems slow on recovery time and processing data. I was expecting something like a tablet on steroids but my tablet out performs it. But nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'll give it to one of my grandkids who can probably make it do tricks.
