    The tutorials are extremely helpful in teaching me the new technologies that i did not know. On a daily basis I learn new ways to use my computer to help my life be more efficient and fun. Initially when I walked into the store I was not excited about any laptop I was shown then my salesman Cody showed me the 11 instantly I got the feeling of excitement and was thrilled to be able to buy it.

    Bought this for my son for school work. Kinda slow and the mouse board only works when it wants to. It was an 'open box' purchase so, you get what you pay for. Dell isn't as good as it used to be.

    Seems to be a decent PC. Not real familiar with the new Windows but getting. My only complaint and I have yet to get it back to the store is the speakers are blown. They crackle at all volume levels.

    This was a Christmas gift for my son. He carries a lot of gear in the military but he was very happy to add this piece tech. It's small and sturdy with the solid state drive. Pairs great with a usb blue ray drive.
