    I love the laptop other than it haves watchdog error and system power drive failure all the time it's starting to process slowly

    Used it overseas where we had limited power and the battery outlasted all the other laptops, even the new Toshibas. Very happy with its performance. Would recommend to anyone.

    Had no trouble with set up out of the box. Windows 10 is nice to have already installed. Brought on a trip out of the country and made life much easier while i was was gone.

    very disappointed that there is no users manual available online for this laptop - only manual contains specs for laptop not any user instructions.. spent time on phone with Dell and was informed it was all Microsoft and to get Windows 10 manual. will never buy anything that does not have a users manual for basic operation.

    This laptop is not what I wanted it is too much for me of you was a computer geek it would be great I told the salesman that I wanted one that an older lady without computer knowledge could operate my daughter has to take and set it up over Christmas when she came for a visit

    I received the product with no power cord and it did not have the operating system that i was told was installed. Comes with windows 8 installed with a free windows 10 upgrade which was not what the product says
