    I loved the memory/solid state drive, size, weight, looks. I exchanged the first one and after having the same issues with it connecting Wi-Fi I returned it.

    After slightly over a month of use, I got the dreaded error related to a corrupt srttrail.txt file, where windows will not boot up. My research indicates it is related to a bad disk. I had no choice but to reset the machine and lose all of my files. And who knows how long this hard drive will last? Very disappointed.

    I was looking for a portable, replacement laptop with a touchscreen. This one is decent, but my biggest complaint is that the charging is kind of flakey. I've tried buying another charger, thinking it was a problem with the original charger, but now I think it's a problem with the laptop itself. Sometimes it detects the charger and sometimes it thinks it's not an OEM charger so it refuses to charge. Sometimes rebooting will solve it, sometimes it wont.

    The Wi-Fi adaptor keeps turning off on its own. It has given me a really hard time when I am trying to finish some homework online and get signed off out of nowhere. That is the only problem I am having with it so far.

    Bought this for my 13 old son as an "open box" item in the store. It didn't come with the original charger and finding one that would work was a challenge. Finally found a store online that sold them. But once we got it charging - it's been a great one! He loves the different configurations it can be used in.... and it works great!
