Since this is not my main computer, I only wanted a 13 in laptop as I will use it when I travel. It's it lightweight and has sufficient SSD drive for what I'm going to use if for. It has a keyboard with good feel. I did purchase a 128GB SDHC card to expand the storage as it was cheaper than buying a laptop with a 256GB SSD. I can also transfer files to my desktop easily this way.

This is a compact but extremely powerful computer. It travels easily and I'm able to access my office in minutes without a hitch. The touch screen makes accessibility to programs a snap. The only thing I miss a lot is the numeric pad and that's because of the size and that's ok.

The computer is not heavy and changes easily to be used as a pad. It has great battery life and doesn't need to be charged daily. Eventually I will need to by an external hard drive to use with my photography.

I had really big problem with the laptop at first, it wouldn't connect to my home wifi at all. I tried everything I knew to try and resolve the issue didn't work had to return it for another one of the same. Also had the same issue and had to keep going back, even took pictures to show them what was going on and what I was seeing at home. I thought maybe it would be my modem since the wifi connectivity for this computer is different but then noticed it wasn't that at all. Had to go back to geek squad a few time before finally getting it all worked out when one of their employees did something to it's settings. I got home and connected to the wifi with ease and it never lost the signal all the while I was using it. It's a really good and fast computer and I loved it, the wifi connectivity was the only problem I had and since then none at all. It's a really great computer. I would recommend but before leaving best buy make sure the WiFi connectivity is working right or you may have to return.

Love my new laptop/tablet. Liked it so much I went out 2 weeks later and bought the 15.6 for my dad.

Very fast and lightweight. Love the back lit keyboard. Feel is very comfortable. Great value.

I've been a Dell user for a long time but my son always looks for the newest and most expensive. I bought this laptop on sale for my son in college more than six months ago because his laptop was stolen and he needed a quick replacement. I ordered it and had him pick it up the same day at the Best Buy local to him without any issue. He is very happy with it. It is light-weight, fast, responsive, good touch, durable. The memory is somewhat limited but I got him a portable hard drive and he's even happier. Great buy!

I bought 2 during BF sales for my 2 sons, the product is far more than enough for students daily use. Only downside is small storage size 128G, but after removing old windows folder, it still good for most of daily user's need. This is special edition version of inspiron 7000 series 13.3 inch, Body is well designed and sturdy, it's speedy and easy to carry around. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is my first laptop I've owned with an SSD drive. You can't hear it run at all. It's smaller than my previous laptop so it's a lot easier to handle. I'm hoping to give this to my daughter for school soon. It will easily fit in her backpack (and won't ruin the hard drive since it's an SSD) But..... it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive! I don't use the CD drive very often, so it's not the end of the world for me, I have another computer in the home. But some textbooks still are accompanied by CDs for extra information.

I scored this 2-in-1 with mediocre expectations and was blown away at how much better the build quality was than the competition. I'm a picky one in keyboards and this one is great by DELL. Highly recommend.

I like the looks, speed, and functionality; it is also very light. Though I have intentions of backing this computer up to an external drive, I am regretting the fact that it only has a 128GB internal memory.

I like the keyboard because it lights up and it is easier to use. I am just getting used to Windows 10. My photos did not transfer over which makes me upset because they are still on my old computer

Still getting used to Windows 10, but overall it works as expected. It is easier to be in laptop mode if you are typing more than a few characters.

Works great with no glitches. Lightweight with a great screen.

Love this little guy because it is light weight but the screen is very small. I also do not care for the keyboard, I am a fast typer and I seem to make tons of errors on this one in particular.

Everything you need. Great processor I5 v 6 not dated version as with some promo machines. Nice look and feel, lighted keyboard, great screen images. Solid state drive is super fast. Purchased external DVDs burned haven't used yet. Really nice machine especially on sale.

This computer was purchased for my 13 year old. It's lightweight, has a super fast startup and she loves the touchscreen too. I was so impressed with the solid state drive that I have bought 2 more since this laptop.

Bought it for my wife. Very light with a bright key board. The multiple use comes in handy when she goes from the desk to the family room and sits on the couch and uses it as a Ipad.

Came out the box without the right drivers for the wireless card on neither of the 2 that i bought. So i had to download my own drivers... but after that pretty good experience.

I was really just looking for a touchscreen laptop but liked the overall look of this computer. It's very lightweight. I ended up really liking the 2 in 1 tablet feature. It's great for watching movies!
