Best in class Touchscreen and processor speed. No lag whatsoever found in the work ranging from photo editing to programming. What really stands out is the backlit keyboard.

Given the price, the specifications were top notch. It have been great to have a second drive that would come installed within even if it was a HDD for extra storage. Although, I did notice the the weight was slightly heavier then I had hoped for given its size. Overall, an absolute beauty.

Seems well built and works easily with Windows 10 in laptop or tablet mode. Screen seemed dark on auto but can go plenty bright. Does basic email, web, photos, & office tasks quickly. Took minimal time to setup and get going. It is quiet and the battery lasts for several hours. I'm happy with it. I replaced a Toshiba Ultrabook that was not as reliable as I had hoped it would be. I like the lighted keyboard too.

The laptop is quiet, lightweight, fast, sturdy, and easily transported. I am, however, disappointed that the Geek Squad removed all of my Dell software links/programs from the computer...now I cannot easily look up anything from Dell, registration, user guide, features, updates, etc., etc.. The Geek Squad called it "bloatware". I suppose I'll have to get the Geek Squad to re-install them for me.

So fast for surfing, streaming. Switching between windows is quick and smooth. Light and compact. The on-screen images are amazing in color, depth, and detail. It is the best way to do a slide show of photos. Cortana's voice commands sometimes make searching a breeze. Best laptop I have ever owned.

Nice machine. Feels expensive. Screen is great. I haven't had it long but it's pretty quick. I'd have given it 5 stars if it was a little easier to open.

I had an Asus laptop which was OK but had a dicey touchpad. I first bought an Acer to replace it after it crashed because I have had other Acers I liked a lot. However, the same was not the case this time so I returned it and replaced it with the Dell 13.3 Inspiron. I had read very positive reviews by users and in PCWorld and it has lived up to my expectations. It has a bright easy to read monitor, a very responsive, backlit keyboard and an accurate and pleasure-to-use touchpad. Another plus is the battery life which may not be quite as good as advertised but is much better than previous laptops, probably due to the SSD.

I was not looking for the most powerful laptop. I was looking for something that allowed me to work comfortably and did not feel like a desktop in my lap and had backlit key. This laptop fit the bill.

I was looking for a computer that would help me through my last year of college and graduate school. This computer is lightweight, easy to navigate and you can either use the computer two ways: by using the keyboard and mouse to navigate through websites or you can flip the keyboard and use the screen to navigate with an on screen keyboard. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I actually bought this laptop, and had to return it the next day because the screen was flashing on and off. The second one that I got has since been working fine, except for occasionally the mouse will not register the fact that I'm touching the track pad, or occasionally the clicker will get stuck. It's not so bad to the point where it's unmanageable, I would just recommend some patience every now and then.

I bought this when it was on sale, which is 699 dollars. I mean, 699 for 6th gen Intel CPU, 128GB SSD, and even 8GB Ram? Come on, what a great deal on Earth.

Dell knowingly shipped this computer with network drivers that do not function in Windows 10, so it boots and doesn't recognize that there is a network card. An easy fix once you find out that's the problem (if you have another computer), but their tech support doesn't let on right away. I returned the first one I bought only to find the exact same issue in the new one. That's when they admitted that it was a known issue. Once that was cleared up, it seems to be a good computer (so far).
