Got this for my wife who needed a faster laptop and the Inspiron is working well. The 128 GB SSHD was almost filled up with programs leaving only 18 GB for data so I recommend figuring out your needs in advance. . Fortunately she uses external storage so it's not a problem for her and I added a 64 GB SD card just in case.

Small, slick, lightweight, slim, turbo fast, great battery life, from a well known brand, at an excellent price... well... what else should I need? This is the best laptop I've ever bought... Thank You Bestbuy and Dell for this offer !

Solid device. Had to return the first one but the second one has had no issues. Computer is very light and thin. The presence of a flash hard drive instead of the old school hard drive means much faster start up and performance. Overall, a solid set of features and I got it on sale too so that made the deal sweeter.

This was bought for my daughter. She is still in High School and needed a laptop. It is a great laptop for a student. Not to big, easy to carry back and forth. Good speed, great battery, nice screen and she is loving the tablet option.

The computer was fairly easy to set up. It's also easy to use with a simple, neat key pad. Love the portable size.

All I needed was a basic laptop to go on the internet and play with my photos. This was the perfect choice! It has the speed I want and does exactly what I wanted it for!!

Really enjoy this power is great and battery is great you get the same specs as slot higher end laptops for a fraction of the price. Screen resolution is not as high as others but looks fantastic and the touch works great. A little bulky to really use as a tablet and the screen doesn't lock in when backwards. If it was a little more usable as a tablet it would get 5 stars. Other than that no complaints and I think I will be using this for a long time!

When I bought this, I already had a fairly powerful laptop. BUT, it was a gaming laptop, so even though it was powerful, I needed something a little more portable so I could actually get work done on the go. I didn't want to spend too much, but I wanted a decent balance of performance. Basically, something that I could do word processing/internet browsing/netflixing as well as maybe a little bit of light gaming. This was the perfect choice for my needs. The keyboard is solid, the trackpad is great, and the touchscreen is super easy to use. It DOES slow down a little bit sometimes if I'm running a lot of programs while on battery, but that's to be expected. Still, I like how it actually has an i5 processor, instead of a core M, that was a big draw for me, because it means more power and better performance overall. Yeah, it might not get the best performance, but for most normal people, this is a great laptop. It's versatile, built well, and even looks nice. Great job Dell!

I got this laptop as a replacement for my Lenovo Yoga 2, works great and handles all the programs I run.

When I first bought this product, the screen would turn pitch black and would not come back! After exchanging it, the computer works great! The touch screen is smooth and responsive. I like that it does not have a mechanical hard drive and that it can turn into a touch pad at my leisure. Perhaps I was first given a defective product, but the one I received when I exchanged it (for same type, model, etc) has work and continues to work great! I am constantly using this laptop! Great buy!
