This laptop is great except getting used to the built in cursor mover. We have a wireless mouse. When I type an email, I keep getting errors where I get a msg saying the Server stopped and problem fixed. It happens constantly and I don't know if it's working correctly.

I bought this for my daughter who goes to Nursing school. She will be able to do everything she needs to plus.... It's really fast and has some great features. I'm really happy with the purchase.

I really like the Inspiron 13 that I purchased. The first one did not work so I had to take it back for a replacement. I was happy to discover that the store where I purchased it honored my request for a replacement with no hassle. The only problem I have is that the drivers were not up-to-date. I am still getting a message about a graphic display driver has stopped working but has recovered itself.

Got this for high school student, light weight and does the simple stuff well. My kid loves it, not a gaming computer but great for basics (office, music and streaming).

I found this computer easy to set up and use. It is great as a laptop and also nice to use as a tablet. It is much lighter than my previous laptop with more features.

I really needed something for on the go with my clients and that could double as a tablet. This system with an i5 processor does just that plus includes the solid state drive that is necessary on the road. I debated getting a tablet but went this this because of the benefits of not having to purchase all the separate accessories such as a cdrom or keyboard. Dell did top notch on this one.

Overall it's a great a great laptop but I did have several issues when I was setting up the computer (delay in reboot, delay in connecting to the internet) . When I called Dell for tech support, they wanted to charge me a fee. Since I had bought the computer brand new only 10 days prior, I was shocked that free technical support was not available.

Lots of power, long battery life great display no DVD drive.

I love my new computer! It is very light and super fast. I would recommend it for anyone looking to get a new tablet computer that has an solid state drive!
