For the most part, I am satisfied with the computer. I continue to get an error that talks about the Device driver and today when I cut the computer on, it said there was a problem with it uploading and would take more than an hour and a half to "fix." I cancelled the program.

After reading many reviews online I decided mainly because of the price and decent reviews to purchase this 2 in 1. Out of the box the WiFi would not operate correctly. After returning it to the store 15 miles away and having them reinstall the driver it worked I the store. Taking it home I had the same issues as before. I reinstalled the driver 4 more times with no success. Within 24 hour s of purchase the unit is now Best Buy property and I have a perfectly working Lenovo 700. Worth the extra money

My desk top computer crashed and I was looking for a laptop that has a large enough screen for Easy use and portal enough to not feel burdened in my frequent air travels. A perfect fit. Easy to use even for a non techie, great quality and affordable. The salesperson guided me towards this as one of my options. I've been really happy with my purchase.

My previous laptop had become grindingly slow at startup. This Dell Inspiron is fast and easy to use.

This laptop is nice and quick since it's running on a SSD. Plenty of RAM for most tasks and generally works as you would expect. I have purchased the 15" model and the 13" model and both had problems with their wireless adapters right out of the box. In both cases I had to use another network adapter to download driver updates and fix the internal adapter. No problem for the tech savvy, but I would imagine many of these are returned for this issue.

I'm very happy and pleasantly surprised by this computer. It is light and easy to transport and it fun to use. The only complaint is that the power on/off button is hard to depress. I think it has been sunk too deeply into the side of the computer.

Had a few operator error issues but geek squad helped me through it. My son will not let it go.

I'm extremely pleased with the Dell laptop I purchased for my daughter to use while she is in college. The main reason and the most important reason I purchased this particular laptop was because of the exceptional service I received from the Best buy employee. He was knowledgeable and didn't over sell what I needed. He listened to what my needs were and found me the best computer for the money. Great customer service !!

Needed a laptop since I'm a professional who is going back to college for the first time in 20 years and will be using it for school and work. I did a lot of research online & I felt that this was the best simple, overall laptop for the price

It has a great two in one feature, and it can last up 24 hours without having to be charged.

It is very light and small enough to carry in my bag. Slim design and great performance!

I loved this 2 in 1 when i first got it. It was fast, did what i wanted, then poof.... That was it. The screen went black. I looked up online what the usual problems were and it was spot on. The screen if you twisted would work. I would let go, and it would go black again. I took it back and got something else. Nobody got time for dat.
