Great computer. Speed for computing, good SSD size and touch screen is flawless. Glad I opted for more RAM and larger hard drive.

This is a really nice 2 in 1 computer that has many current features on it. It does not skimp on RAM and has SSD storage, along with a 6th Generation i7 Processor. So far, it has performed very well and I have no complaints. Shortly after I bought it, it went on sale for $100 less than what I paid for it. The salesperson on the phone was nice enough to debit my charge card for the difference in price (plus sales tax) and I didn't have to go back to the store. Cudos to her.

Read a lot of reviews and decided this configuration was worth a try. No regrets whatsoever. Some complained about the location of the power button. I've accidentally pressed it once or twice, but found that quickly pressing it again woke the computer up promptly. Love the facial recognition feature for logging in. Nice keyboard feel and touchpad works well, especially using multi-point touch. Haven't used the touch screen much, but it seems to work well.

It has been years since I can write a positive review on a Windows based unit, but I'm so pleased with it. Speed and function has been top notch. No glitches and performance has been outstanding. The unit is used daily in both business and personal applications and has been flawless. It is a simple design that is not as flashy as some competitors, but the price was much better and performance was really what I was after. I'd absolutely purchase again.

I do a lot of international traveling and was looking for a light but powerful laptop. I do a lot of presentations that contain audio/video and graphics. This system has performed beautifully.

I was searching for a laptop smaller than my 15.6 so that it would be easier to carry to school. I love the laptop, it's lightweight and fast. My only problem is the location of the power button. It is on the right front side of the laptop and I have mistakenly hit it numerous times and turned my laptop off during writing a paper. That is why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.

This is a nice laptop. It is fast (turns on really quick), has enough space, and touchscreen responds well. For that price I believe it is a good investment. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I recently worked with an HP Spectre, which I thought looked nicer, was lighter and responded just as well. That being said, the Spectre is a bit more expensive.

I've enjoyed the light-up keyboard, and the weight of the laptop. My last laptop was heavy. This one feels light as a feather. Very pleased with this purchase. I have not ran into any problems thus far. I recommend this laptop as a purchase idea. The cost was reasonable. As for performance, it does a great job. The size is smaller than my last laptop, but I'm content with this one. The on-screen clarity makes up for it.

I love my new Dell Laptop it's made very strong not like most cheap feeling laptops. Even some expensive ones feel very cheap. I feel I got a very good deal on this computer. Super fast with windows 10 , 12 gig of memory DDR4 , 512 SSHD. Very nice video & clear and color is wonderful. And the i7 chip . For the price it couldn't be beat . I LOVE IT , and I took the 3 year warranty service plan so it's covered !!!

I got this laptop when it was on sale, and for the price I paid, I got a very good deal. With the Intel i7 processor and 12 gb of memory this laptop is fast. The 512 GB of SSD this laptop has plenty of room for storage and runs pretty quietly. I had some issues with the mouse pad, but it was a firmware issue and Best Buy fixed the issue in a very timely manner.
