Runs great, touchscreen works like a charm, excellent performance, and very portable

I would only ever buy a lap top at Best Buy. I just like to see and feel them before buying. This computer not only has awesome specs, I7, 512SSD drive, 12GB memory, it feels great. It is obviously of very high quality. I also have a macbook pro and this is comparable in quality, 95% there. This is the best windows laptop I have ever purchased. Super fast and boots up unbelievable quickly.

This is the best laptop computers configuration with SSD, processor and memory when applying college student discount. We reviewed HP and Lenovo equivalents besides MacBook. If you don't care about aesthetic and brand name then you would save few $100s with this model. I did not notice any flaws in past 2 weeks, facial recognition works like a charm with and without wearing glasses.

This is slim, compact and a great value for the price. Speed is great also.

I like the versatility of the computer. I love the touch screen. I am still getting used to using the touch pad instead of the mouse. It's a pretty small area for a mouse but sometimes I still use it. It is easier to delete emails with the mouse than the touch pad or touch screen. Good battery life, clear glare free screen.

I bought this laptop because it is touch screen and have enough storage space. It is relatively light and easy to bring. It is convenient for students to take notes or others. However, I think the fan's sound is really big, so I just give it 4 stars.

Let me just start off by saying this is my first laptop, but for a first laptop it checked a lot of boxes for me. Keyboard is good has a nice travel and didn't take to long to get used to it. Track pad has its bad moments where it's stiff or sensitive. Display is good it's good in viewing angles. Design wise I love the brushed metal design, but the only thing I was rather disappointed about was battery I was getting about 3-4 hours of screen on time and was hoping for at least a 5-6 hour battery but it's still a good buy for its price.

This computer has worked like a charm. Did my research first and I do not regret this buy. Very easy to use, intuitive, and the touch screen/tablet use is awesome. Generally not a fan of touch pads so I use a mouse. No overheating issues and I can use on my lap comfortably for hours.

Purchased this laptop when it was on sale so that's a plus. This laptop runs fast, the touchscreen has me spoiled and the graphics are clear. Most importantly it is still runs fast when I have numerous windows open. The chrome browser stuck once when I tried to open it but that might be a chrome issue.

Very light to carry. The screen is excellent. Peppy performance.

My son uses Dell laptop for college. It offers everything he needs to accomplish work. Great buy.

This laptop fulfill all my need. It's light, it's fast and 2-in-1 feature is great. The only thing I have noticed is sometime I hear low noise from its speakers. I don't know if it's some setting I have to adjust or some defect but compare to what this laptop offer, it's not an issue for me. I'll definitely recommend this product

This laptop had the best possible specifications in this price range. Other laptops with similar configurations were at least $300 more. The touch screen is extremely responsive and the latest i7 processor along with a 12GB RAM make multitasking very easy. The speakers could have been a little better but can't complain too much.

No, this is not comparable to a 13" Macbook in performance, but in most other ways, it's absolutely a contender. This is PC machine in our house since one of our jobs requires a Mac. This allows us to share and convert anything we need to between platforms with no issue. No hardware or software issues with this machine except the still virus prone Microsoft windows platform they never should have changed to the tile presentation. Everything post Windows 7 has been a U/I PITA. Tiles work on tablets and phones, not laptops, regardless of their touchscreen ability. Developers don't think like someone in a board room- they think like people who know computers. It's the same reason a lot of people held on to their non-smart phones forever. This machine is current, functional and can perform any task from college student to business pro with no issue and the size is great. Final note- don't think your career in the visual or performing arts is compatible with this machine- illustrator and notation programs will lag on this machine. For those purposes, get the Mac.

Processor, RAM, hard drive space, touch screen, hdmi, USB, looks, weight and keyboard. This laptop has all of that optimal. I have since been looking for another one of these but not to be found for the price. Battery life is disappointing and takes a star away from rating.

The 12Gb Memory is a plus. Never seem to run out of memory even with 6 or more applications open. The 512Gb SSD is fast, even booting with Win10. Wish it had a few more USB ports but otherwise, good graphics and light enough to travel with. Would buy again.

This laptop is great for students and mid to high level users. It has got the latest ports which are now becoming industry standards. You can connect latest peripherals. The bootup time is very fast as it has the ssd. Buy this if you are looking for budget but goid hardware laptops.

This computer is extremely comfortable to use with an excellent keyboard and a touchscreen that works smoothly. It has the RAM to perform my photo editing easily and is FAST! A great value for those who need the power and the convenience of a portable device that has a beautiful screen..
