I really do love this laptop. It has everything I need -- lots of speed and lots of memory. The only downside is that it does get quite hot. A few minutes rest usually cools it down, but it means interrupting my work.

I've owned this machine for almost two years and like everything about it except the horrible battery life! It's lightweight, responsive, and handles Microsoft Office, email, and web browsing with ease. If I could change one thing, or find a way to install better batteries...it's the only thing I would change. I'm disappointed Dell didn't do a better job with the batteries. I'm not a gamer or watch movies, I'm just talking about simple things like email and web browsing...just plain horrible battery life no matter how much I tweak the settings!

I was looking for a lightweight, small laptop that I could use for out of the office presentations and also connect to a remote keyboard and monitor in the office. The Best Buy salesman showed me the Dell 13 inch. My concern was the small drive capacity. He solved it by selling me a 1G easy store external drive. The set up works great!

This 2-in-1 has everything I was looking for. It is fast and is the absolute perfect size. I have been very happy with this purchase!

I love this laptop. It is perfect laptop. Easy to Cary and powerful. Only drawback was that I should have gone for more SSD. It’s just 256 GB. I use it daily. Also purchased maintenance plan from Dell. Don’t buy the extended warranty online. Sometimes agents will give you better deals.

It's been 2 years I was using this laptop. The battery is not really good. When playing movie it's giving only 2 hours life. The price I got is what make it a deal.

I became a full time student this past year and purchased this laptop to use for my classes. There were a few things that influenced my decision. 1- The size and weight. It's small, has a full keyboard (but not a number pad due to the size), lightweight and can be used as either a tablet or laptop. 2- It comes with Windows Ink. This was my first time using this software and I am hooked. As soon as you connect a digital pen and power it on you will have the ability to utilize this software. It's great for school work, drawing and this laptop will pop up little sticky notes to attach to your work. It's a great feature. 3- It's a Dell and I have been very happy with the few Dell products that I have purchased. They have been reliable and this laptop is as well. I have not had the same little 'glitches' as I have with other brands. 4- The price was reasonable. I was able to get a good price for this little gem. I purchased it over 6 months ago and am still very satisfied. I would definitely recommend it.

I have had this 2 in 1 for about 3 weeks now and I really love it! It is compact, fast and the battery lasts. I was at a 3 day conference and forgot my power cord. I was frugal with my computer time but was able to make it through the entire conference. This is my first touch screen and it makes everything much easier. I like that this computer has quite a few ports for thumb drives and connecting externally to things. Recharge time for the battery is minimal as well. Only thing that concerns me is the one error message that comes up and I'll have to contact geek squad about it since I've only had the computer a short time.

Good performance for a versatile, laptop/notebook combination!

If I could change something on it I would reduce noise of its fan. Other topics are perfect.

This was a purchase for a high school student who has a backpack and no locker usage. (No Students use lockers anymore). This is lightweight, thin and ultra portable with a long battery life. With the SSD it boots very fast. With 16 GB of Ram it doesn't slow down with the endless Windows updates that happen in the background. The laptop doesn't heat up like other thin laptops with regular hard drives. The screen is very fine and detailed (resolution wise). It is small but small is what we were going for with a 13.3". That said. 13.3" is way bigger than an 11.6" or 12.5". Worth going the extra. 14" was too big and 15.6 is like carrying a Tower. I think this would also be great for a business person who wants something ultra portable that is more than an iPad or tablet. Who wants something more than a Chromebook that is cloud based. It is great bang for the buck.

I bought this as a replacement for another returned item which was an HP 15.6", i7 (7th gen) processor, 16GBmemory, 1TB HDD 2-in1 which was defective. It was a charming piece of equipment; I would have kept it but the size of 13" or so gave me a problem, I realized it was too small for my presenter's view in Powerpoint. I returned it too because of that. I would recommend this if you have good eyes.

We replaced or old laptop with this one and like the fact it can used like a tablet. Still figuring out all the bells and whistles.

It was time to replace my Toshiba Windows 7 (upgraded to Windows 10) Satellite laptop. I’d always used Toshiba for laptops and Dell for desktop. When I got my hands on the Dell 2-in-1 after hours of online research, I was hooked. Mine has an Intel Core i7 CPU. A big step up from my venerable i5. The weight, form factor, backlit keyboard, ample SSD and RAM make it a great fit. And easy to slip in a backpack. IPads are nice, but Apple’s proprietary OS and lack of connectivity can get in the way sometimes. The touch pad is far better than my Toshiba’s and the touchscreen, although not a significant purchase consideration, comes in nice for those long scrolls. Researched online and available there, but I appreciate having a local Best Buy store and always shop local, if possible.

This laptop has not disappointed. It is lightweight and powerful at a reasonable price. I'm happy with this purchase.

It has lots of great features. It was very easy to set up. The battery does not last very long and it gets very hot.

Purchased this for traveling. very easy and lightweight to carry on. Fast. Does everything I need it to do.

Was impressed with the price of this considering the specs and capability of this laptop. Has not let me down. Works well as a laptop and a tablet for various tasks.

Touch is good & even light weight. Only issue which I can see is the battery life, which I think is less.
