Purchased this during a Best Buy sale as a work laptop and have been using this laptop now for 2 years! Snagged a pink hard shell case to protect it and it works perfectly, love how lightweight this is, the visual clarity and it charges fast/holds a charge for a good amount of time!

Love the PC overall. Do wish it had a side number keypad but due to the smaller, compact size I understand why it doesn't - not a true deal breaker for me and I know I can always by a separate keypad if I really want it. No issues except occasionally, the screen may rotate in the other direction (even though the PC wasn't folded and turned to just the touch screen) and then get locked and it will take a second for it to reset to the proper position,

Still learning Windows 11, I'd rather have Windows 10 personally. I'm loving this Dell Laptop so far and if it's as good as my last Dell laptop I'll be exceedingly happy. The only reason I needed a new laptop was because my 6 year old Dell screen split and would cost over $300.00 to fix. It still ran great though. Anyway I like the smaller size, battery life is fantastic so far and it's super fast and the display is 5 *. I love it.

I had a previous Dell Inspiron (N50 model, i think) for 10 years and; naturally, in switching out that laptop, I only wanted a Dell. In doing my research this came up as a good buy. I am a month in and I absolutely love this laptop - touch screen, high res., great speed, sleek and professional appeal and look... If you are reading this review, stop 2nd guessing yourself and get the laptop!!!

We purchased this computer for our son as he begins college. He loves the 2-in-one design. This computer is lightweight, compact, and he likes the touchscreen feature. It came standard with Windows 11 which was nice. So far, it is serving its purpose well.

For a discount/topline PC, this computer has definitely lasted- I’m pretty sure I bought this 3 - 5 years ago and it’s still going strong. But, I prefer Macs so I’m a little biased :)

Very fast and very lightweight! Boots up quick, Great resolution and with being solid state there is no hot fans blowing. Purchased to use in my business and I could not be happier with it. Has touch screen which I don't use but it's fast and responsive. Very good value for the money, I am very happy.

So far very happy with laptop. Nice that you can upgrade hard drive and memory without difficulty. Got the laptop on sale for $800, also picked up a Samsung 2tb m.2 drive on sale for $180, then 32gb ram for $110. Pretty trivial to physically install (did logon to my MS account first so computer was tagged to my account), then just did fresh install of Windows 11 then headed to Dell website for drivers. Pretty happy with result. Try pricing an Apple laptop with that memory and storage capacity. Sure the M2 chip is faster, but think my total cost less than half of a similar configuration through the Apple Store. I am just not getting a laptop that I can't easily upgrade or service myself. Dell manuals even walk you through the steps. So far so good!

I bought this labtop to replace my older/clunkier one. I know some other reviews online, say this labtop is heavy. It really isn't. The backlit keyboard is a really nice feature. The keys are well designed. I like to feel something when I type. It connects well to my blue tooth headset. Not sure why I can't get the corded headset to work. It is nice to have a fingerprint scan to log in. Of course the touch screen is a really nice feature. I did buy this, with the hope that it would make a decent gaming computer. Right now, I have several games download. No issue with playing Ori and the Blind Forrest. Nor with Stardew Valley... .which I wasn't thinking there would be one. It could handle Fallout 4. But, not 100% of the time. Seemed to lag or crash when multiple sounds (explosions) were happening. Bethesda and glitches go hand-in-hand. But, I decided to reserve that game for when I get ahold of my xbox. Oblivion is going well so far.

The Dell Inspiron has enough memory to store your data and run multiple things at once. The monitor is good for streaming videos.
