Easy to use and quick processing - perfect for work related tasks

I bought this laptop to use for my business and it has done everything I need it to do. It is a pretty fast computwr, as I have very little patience with computers. Very pleased with this computer!!

Almost a year into working with it, this is a very nice notebook computer. It has everything I need, good ports, good level of memory, good processor. The only slight negative is the weight, but I knew that when I selected it. I was at a great price.

So far it's been a year since I bought this laptop and it has worked to perfection. I use it for work and give it at least 8 to 10 hours of use a day. The touchscreen makes it easy for multitasking and the keyboard is pretty soft.

Dell inspiration 2in1 met all of my guidelines. I did not want a big laptop it’ll seldom be used outside of the house. I wanted something that had the horsepower to do day-to-day activities which consist primarily of excel, word, and the Internet in general.

I love the computer. It's sleek and lightweight and has extra features I didn't realize like the built-in cover for the camera. It lasts a pretty decent time on a full charge's battery. Only giving it four stars for Best Buy having a major glitch in the system that cancelled my order and I had to order again. Still arrived on the same time so that was nice at least but the panic immediately set in when I thought it was out of stock.

So far, it's great. If you are looking at battery life, I get a long time I am guessing 8 to 10. This computer is fast, and the sound is very good. I just browse the internet and some videos, so if you are like me, you will be happy. The screen is just right with brightness

We bought these for our small business, to save a bit of money from buying professional grade laptops. They work well for light programming work and graphic design, but tend to have a lot of issues with firmware. For the price we got it, it's hard to find a better laptop that offers so much RAM, Ryzen 7, and an SSD.

I bought two of these laptops at the same time because I had to kids going to college at the same time, they've been in college for two years and it's going strong so far.

Works great for simple tasks. I use this laptop to stay up to do with my business when away from home and it works perfect. I wouldnt challenge it to do handle large programs but for simple tasks, it performs them with ease.

Should have been a solid 4 star review, but the defective wifi problems recently have been getting worse. For around $500 open-box, the laptop is an above average deal. The 14'' form factor, color of the device, QHD display, 1080p webcam, USB C charging, 16gb RAM, and 512gb SSD storage are all good features. The laptop could weigh less, have 2 USB A ports instead of 1, and have a brighter display, but would probably be more expensive. After 6 weeks of use, the laptop has consistently been disconnecting from any wifi network. When the wifi is turned off and on, no networks appear. Have tried downloading latest drivers and will contact Dell support, but have to return if this defect continues to be a daily occurrence when working.

Heats up too much. Could have been lighter… overall decent speed. Display is too dull

This computer works perfect for me! I am a Pre K teacher and I am able to perform all my duties. It is super light and fact that it can be used like a tablet is amazing in my opinion.

I've been using it for past 6 months and battery life has been good and screen is not the brightest I've used but good enough for this price range.

Its is very user friendly and and can be carried anywhere. I especially love the 360 feature

I had researched the specs I wanted from a laptop that would also stay within my budget. Even though it didn't have many reviews, I decided on this one, and I have not been disappointed. I love the look, speed, and 2-in-1 feature. Definitely recommend it to college students looking for a laptop. I haven't been keeping strict track of the battery life, but I usually finish my tasks before giving me a battery warning, so I say that's good.

I have lived this laptop since I got it a little over a year ago. Great laptop for the price
