Issue with touch pad

I’ve been using it for like 10 months now, and the only issue I had is with the touch pad. Touch pad doesn’t respond few times.

Amazing but overheats

New device to go about her work as well as further her design impulses. Bustbuy delivered with a open box, yet in brand new condition, 2 in 1 tablet/laptop combo. The pice was within her range and the laptoo meet all her needs. She loves it and often uses it to makes designs for her more crafty projects.

Sold as an excellent buy, very dissapointed

It was sold to me at the store with a geek squad member as it with run large programs such as autocad and rhino with no problem, but it really doesn't. When these programs are running there is a noisy annoying sound as a industrial fan every 5 minutes, it gets lagged and slow, and battery died really fast. Now my son is using Archicad program and it is really disappointing for him, since the program closes, it gets super slow and lagged a lot. Runs fine with Microsoft office programs, of course, but it is really not intended to run large capacity programs as they told me. I'm very upset and disappointed, because it was a very sacrified purchase since we are a moderate income family and I feel that they tricked me just to sold me the product. Now I need to buy another computer for him to be able to run these programs since he needs to use it until he finishes his degree, it is not an option to leave him without one. These people should be trained to talked with truth to their clients and not just make profits from people's ignorance to make them fools like they did to me.

I am facing so many issues with the brand new laptop. some of the keys are not working and screen is blinking sometimes. The most big trouble is fan is running in down and it gives so much noise and heat. Today I literally used 2 hours but it produces heat so much. In the specifications it shows 4 GHz but the in the device settings it shows 2 GHz. can you please help me why these issues are with the Dell. @dell team please help me in this
