Purchased for our church. Very happy with this purchase. Got a great deal on a flash sale and it was a good deal at the original price. Core i7 and 16gb RAM with a 1TB SSD and a 2-n-1 flip screen and stellar Dell quality. What's not to like!!! May just pick up a second one of these if the sale price repeats on Black Friday. Battery life is an 8/10, but acceptable 4.5hrs or so.

I call this computer my work horse and it is indeed great for that. I primarily use it for designing school materials on Canva, running Google classroom, and other school related websites with a what seems to be a million tabs open at a time. I can go several hours on battery and, when I do need to charge, it's quick to get back up to a decent battery life. I sometimes have issues with the fingerprint scanner, but that's my biggest complaint other than some odd flickering rarely when using Excel. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the touch screen and the weight of the computer. Keyboard shows very little wear after four months of daily, heavy use.

I was worried about the 14" size but noticed no difference. I love that I can flip the screen around for different positions. It has a nice touchscreen and a back-lit keyboard. It is a little heavier than some of the newer laptops but is still worth it for all its functions. I'm a student, and it annoys me how fast the battery drains (4 hrs), but it charges within an hour. It has a C charger, which is convenient. It is fast, even with several tabs open, and is user-friendly. It's hard to see from my pictures, but the ice blue color is quite pretty.

Easy set up and boots up sufficiently quick. Touch screen provides nice versatility and can be folded completely back to be used as a tablet. Hefty weight, not as light as an iPad. I would get tired of holding it in my hands because of how heavy it is. The fan does come on loudly but it intermittently turns off so it is not super annoying. I bought this brand to use with my work supplied docking station since it was all Dell equipment. The USB-C port is compatible with my work's docking station so I can use multiple external monitors with ease. I don't regret purchasing, it's working great so far.

The laptop was easy to commission. It’s quick to boot up and responsive. Plenty of RAM and storage. Keyboard is good, touchscreen works well, plenty of ports, and I like its tablet mode.
