I didn't give it a great or bad review because while it works OK, I can't compare it to other computers. Also, Windows 10 took a while to get use too.

I bought one of these for my wife and one for myself. We are both very happy with our new computers.

Fast processor, great design, resolution of the screen is amazing. The touch pad is not the best and unfortunately not adjustable to your needs

Battery life seems short, I often use plugged into AC power.

I bought this laptop for school and I love it! It's really fast, and starts up really quick which are a big bonus for me. I was getting so frustrated with my slow desktop. The screen is vibrant and the tablet mode is pretty cool! I also have no negatives about windows 10. It's not much different and easy to figure out. I actually like it!

Great Screen. Video card is and sluggish and sub standard for such a great laptop otherwise.

Love being able to use it in all the different positions. Bought this one for my mother and 13 inch ones for myself and daughter.

This is an awesome laptop for the price. Granted you can get faster, better laptops, but I got this for a steal on sale and for the price nothing comes close to it as far as specs go. The 4k screen is beautiful and videos are amazing. The only downside is the battery life isn't great...other than that, it's a great laptop.

I had a few issues at first but I contacted Dell and found out that most of the drivers were outdated. They connected remotely & updated the drivers - took a couple of hours - but it has worked great since. The keyboard is a little small and no separate number pad, but the flexibility of using it as a tablet makes upfor it.

i had a dell laptop before. when i broke it i switched to hewlitt packard. i went back to dell because they are the best.

Lightweight, fast and our daughter is very happy!!

I purchased this laptop a couple months ago. Since then there have been nothing but problems with it. I am outside of my "return" date and unfortunately stuck with a piece of junk. Here is a brief overview of pros and cons. Pros: It is solidly built, think "Mac" style. Screen is gorgeous. Nice keyboard. Cons: Display Driver crashes CONSTANTLY It is SLOW. I have an old i7 that is 3x as fast with half the memory. Unresponsive...constantly lags. Freezes TERRIBLE battery life...just under two hours on battery save working on documents. Loud Overheats easily Touch Screen is not responsive at all I could go on and on and on. Do yourself a favor, buy something else. If this was $199, I still would not recommend it.

Purchased this 2 in 1 to take place of a older laptop and was nothing but disappointed . While browsing the Internet the graphics card would stop and reboot saying there was a problem. Brought it to geeks squad they updated all the drivers. Told me it was all good. Later that night the same problem occurred using Craigslist. I called the store and they said your drivers aren't updated. I brought the laptop back in was told it would be done by the next day. Picked up the laptop everything thing seemed fine tried it in the store and same problem occurred. They grabbed me a fresh laptop off the shelf and believe or not same problem. This computer is only good for typing and school

It's a Dell, pretty much what you would expect. Solid build, not much bloatware. Good quality look and feel. Up until today, constantly getting HD display driver crashes. Downloaded new driver, will see how it goes. Mouse click on touch pad is poor. Often have to click several times to get the requested action. The machine also seems to just hang at times, not accepting any input from the touch screen or the keyboard, with no indication of a problem. Still getting used to the 2 in 1 functionality, so there is a learning curve on how everything works in each mode.Sometimes not so well, or maybe it's me. Not sure at this point if i would recommend. Will re-evaluate after some time with it.

Great laptop that also functions as a tablet. The touchscreen capability is amazing. Browsing online stores and scrolling through email is so much faster with the touch screen. Large screen is great compared to other dual functioning devices.
