We like this computer a lot. It is fast. The screen is crystal clear. And has plenty of storage. The only thing I have a problem with is it was an open box and it did not come with a charger I have bought 3 different chargers, all staying that they were Dell authentic, but they don't charge when the computer Is in use.

I have owned several Dell Laptops with good results. This laptop had a discounted price at Best Buy and had an i7 processor. I did have a problem with the Windows 10 and the Geek folks fixed it within a week. This is really a nice computer with a nice discounted price.

Very good laptop once all the updates are installed. 4K screen is very sharp but the brightness isn't the best and usually has to be up all the way. Screen colors aren't amazing but for the $500 as a open box item I purchased this as, it's worth it compared to other 4K laptops. Processing is good and fast and 4K/30 videos don't lag at all. Has HDMI and 3 USB ports right on it as opposed to a USB-C port many are coming with to make you haul around an adapter if you need it. Overall a very solid purchase if you can get it at a reduced price and not at the $900 retail it goes for.

I bought this laptop in the open box certified condition and it seems to be fine so far. The battery is sadly only a 3 cell but for the price, it was very cheap compared to other similar spec laptops. The 4k screen seemed like a good idea when buying but there are some problems with scaling that many programs have not yet addressed like Photoshop. But you can scale down and sacrifice a bit of quality and hope that these programs will have support for 4k in the future. Any official replacement batteries by Dell have also been discontinued in case you are concerned about that.

A fairly fast computer but a bit heavier than I would like. I do miss the number keys and others on the right-hand side. I find that I place my fingers in the wrong position for typing. I have only "tented" this laptop twice but both times the screen seems to jump when it goes back to a laptop position.

Out of the box - First power up and the screen began to jump and flicker.

For this price its a nice to get a skylake i7 processor and a 4k screen. unfortunately i have to return the first unit becouse of the screen flickering and i choose the same for the replacement and up to this time its running smoothly.

I like ti very much, vast ting and looks great. There are a couple things that I do no like: 1) When I play a game like DOTA2 the computer is very hot and the game begins to lag... not a big deal because this is not a gaming laptop but still this type of issue shouldn't be in a new computer that runs 4k. 2) It actually doesn't run the 4k properly, I try to watch videos in 60fps but this computer doesn't do that unless I do some tweaks to the graphics interface. If these issues didn't exist I would give it a 5 star rating.

Great looking display! Was looking forward to seeing it in person.

bought this lappy last month. Not a product for gaming or to much heavy work but overall very nice product. Its great for study purpose , work and other basic stuff like watching videos which is great because of 4K display.

The display colors are vibrant and overall clarity and look is great. This is my first backlit keyboard and I like it. Processing speed seems really good once you get past the startup overhead from Microsoft Windows 10. The flip over display to convert it to a tablet was a feature I thought was just a bonus, but I find myself using the tablet mode often. The same goes for the touchscreen. By the time I mouse over to a screen hotspot, I find it quicker to just tap it. I had to exchange the laptop twice, once for a wall charger issue (which, at first, looked like a power supply or battery problem) and once for an HDMI connector issue. The unit I have now is excellent and all ports work. Best Buy Geek Squad was very helpful working with me to resolve problems. They opened the new laptop in the store and took me through the initial setup and gave me tips on Windows 10. I also noticed that it took a few days of use to get all of the Windows updates installed, which really impacted performance. With those complete and the auto update tool happy, I streamed video with no issue.

I love the idea. Touch screen. Tablet. The system is pretty fast, however I've noticed after using it for a while the screen starts to look pixelated. Kind of like a glitch in the Matrix. It gets really annoying.

The Dell computer has been good so far. Light and fast.

I have gone through 3 of these computers in 2 weeks and have finally decided it is just not a good buy. I have always loved sell, but this computer is making me change my mind. The screen is super glitchy and shakes. It makes it really hard to do much of anything during its freak out moments. Also the display driver is constantly crashing causing more interruptions. I'm thinking the 4K HD screen that I loved is just too new and doesn't have all the glitches worked out of it. Many of the program's I wanted to use were basically unusable on this amazing screen because the icons were all too small.

User Friendly, Multiple windows... Better performance

I love this laptop. The processor is very fast, the screen has great clarify and the design is sleek.

Got this for my wife and kids so that can talk to me on the internet and also use it for mostly media purposes.. the tablet mode was one of my key interests.. The laptop is good mostly. Couple of things which I did not like is that the camera cannot be used in tablet mode properly it fails to switch the orientation - the other person sees you upside down !! which was a bit of let down for me.. The laptop also does not retain charge for long time.. gets heated up as well.. can't really use it on a lap after a while..
