I am happy with my purchase so far. I've been wanting a laptop for some time, this seems to be a good one so far. Easy to use and good speed. Haven't done enough to be sure but I believe it should be plenty of storage.

keep having device driver stopped/recover. FIrst computer locked up, lights flashed, screen pix shaking/disappearing 2 days after pickup. Replaced with another dell. Same prob within a week. passed hw diagnostics, reloaded all driver software--some was missing. Still has device driver recover errors. Like the computer. NOT able to trust it yet. Only had it 4 weeks. Geek squad members really nice, but seems they would have a checklist when asked to load a computer to ensure that all steps/software is loaded properly. In all have made 6 1.5 hr round trips to store to dropoff and pickup 2 computers.

I went in to the store looking for a particular computer which, fortunately, was out of stock. I saw this Dell and decided to buy it. I love it. The graphics are excellent, the speed responsive. I have no negatives.

It was flawless at first, but then the Wifi began to disappear and prevent sign-in. I took it to the Geek Squad and they showed me how to uninstall and reinstall the wifi access card. It gave me more problems afterwards, but I finally got the wifi to work consistently.

Works wonderfully but the 4K is hard on the cpu. Could use a different graphics card but other then that great

Needed a new laptop and I could not be more happy with my choice. It has amazing speed and very simple to move around. The touch screen is an added bonus.

I wanted a bigger Dell laptop but Best Buy had none in stock , so I took the 15.6 size. I am very disappointed in it. zIt is much smaller than my old HP which was stolen. Mt computer tech advised against a HP laptop. Therefore I got stuck with this small Dell

My last 3 laptops have been Dells with 17" screens, in comparison this one is very light. The quality is what I expect from Dell. Still adjusting to the touch screen, have not used it in tablet mode. The laptop boots up quickly and has been reliable so far.

Received my laptop with a faulty WiFi adapter. However, the laptop was exchanged without any hassles! And a new laptop was delivered to me as soon as possible. This was extremely appreciated. The laptop operates very efficiently. I wish the graphics card was better, but this laptop isn't advertised as a gamer PC. Also, Windows 10 doesn't seem to have all of its bugs worked out. Overall, not this laptop's fault. This was a very good purchase for the price.

I purchased an open box one of these after returning another machine that gave me problems. Used primarily by my wife and daughter for fairly light duty. Specs are good and performance has been pretty good. Miss having a number pad next to the keyboard. Touchscreen is responsive. Machine gets a little hot on the bottom after extended use. Battery life is OK but not spectacular.

Bought this as an open box item. Price was outstanding. Shipping was super fast. Product was in perfect condition upon receiving. I have been using the tablet for about a month now with no problems.

Bought this for my daughter for college. She loves how easy it is to use and lightweight. She really loves the screen resolution and battery life!

Good family laptop. I like the touch screen feature. Great for car ride entertainment. Price was compeditive and would consider purchasing again.

From the touch screen to the I7 processor to the backlit keyboard to the amazing 4K screen resolution and topped with a versatile tablet option, all my feature desires were met. With Windows 10 and Dell support behind it, I can do everything I want without any worries about quality and reliability. The machine has performed flawlessly and I have enjoyed the default software package. A full numeric keypad and the option for a wired Ethernet connection are missing as is a DVD RW, but these are not major detractors for this high value product.

I like the large touchscreen display and fast response to commands. It also quickly changes from laptop to tablet mode which is very convenient.

I'd been looking for an i7 Core machine that didn't have a huge screen/footprint. I prefer a laptop to be the size of a laptop. Bigger than a tablet, but when it comes to a large screen, I prefer my desktop. This machine fit the bill and at a great price. Plus it's 4K ultra HD! I wish I could have gotten it with Windows 8 rather than 10 as 10 is still so new as to feel a bit buggy but I figure that will just work itself out over time. Windows 10 is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars, but that's probably not Dell so much as Microsoft.

This Dell powerhouse is screaming with the new 500 Gig SSD to bring the system up to specs!

Owned several Dell products prior to this one. But issues w/ constant interruptions from "Intel HD Graphics stopping/ recovery" plus Dell CS lack of clear communication about repairing the laptop, have opened my eyes to other competitors! Beware or learn the hard way!

After 20 +/- years of email, I would think they could make the email work better. I like the touch screen and ability to rotate it!

I'm an engineer and use multiple computers. This computer has been an excellent addition for travelling. It's fast reliable, and light enough to carry without being burdensome.
