much better than Toshiba laptop I had, that I bought from staples, I will never go there again,,,Best Buy customer service was awesome!

My wife and I are regular customers of Best Buy. When we went to replace an old Laptop we talked to a very knowledgeable Salesman who pointed out that there was a Dell Laptop on Sale and for almost $300 less we could purchase a Laptop that had everything we needed. Thanks for the Salesman and to Best Buy we are very happy with our new Laptop!

This smart looking 2 in 1 meets all my expectations, and more. Still learning about all that it can do. Definitely would buy again.

It is good. i love this laptop. Very lightweight and fast.

This is a nice laptop, however, I didn't notice when I purchased it that it does not have a calculator-style keypad on the right side; it only has the numbers at the top of the keyboard which is taking a lot of getting used to. I have also had constant problems with a display driver error and have been corresponding with Dell to try to resolve it. No luck yet. I should have shopped around more before buying this computer.

Today is July 13th (almost a month and 2 wks since purchasing this laptop) and finally got to use it! I had to seek much help from Geek Squad to get everything updated, working and finally connected to printer. So far it's working well. I love the touch screen and the clarity! I'm eager to begin using it on a regular basis!

I like the tablet feature and keyboard feature on this computer. I also like the fact the computer can bend into a tablet.

Never had a touch screen before and wasn't sure about using one. I have a smartphone and never thought anything of it, so what the heck! I tried it and i really like it.

I wanted a simple computer with no fancy gadgets. Something I could use for Internet searches and Microsoft Office products. This computer covers the basics and then some. So far I'm happy. Love the HD and touch screen. Plus it folds to use as a tablet.

For the price I paid with the college student discount this is an excellent laptop. Loud speakers, touchscreen, powerful enough for most tasks and good battery life.

This laptop / convertible tablet has functioned flawlessly. I like windows 10 over 8. The audio output is fantastic.

This laptop is so easy to use, and the graphics are super clear. I love the ability to scroll up or down when I need to. This slim profile makes it easy to carry and travel with. The programs that it comes with makes life a lot easier too. I would defiantly recommend it to my friends and family.

Love my Dell! I have had this for about a month now and don't have any complaints! Definitely recommend this laptop.
