I have always had Dell computers. Love the 2 in 1 feature. However keep getting the following message "display driver has stopped working but has recovered" I have done updates but continue to get the message which is annoying. Other than that it seems to work OK.

This computer is very fast. The screen is a great size. Photos are fantastic. Pretty easy to learn Windows 10. I think it's a good price for all you get!

Went looking to replace my son's 10.1" 2-in-1 laptop and found this one. It had been a customer return and was being sold for roughly 1/3 off. Geeksquad had to go thru it and make sure it was working and they did have to put a part in it. We have now had it for several months and it works great. He can play Steam games that require a good PC, but it does have some limitations with overly graphic fast PC games. The touch screen and 2-in1 features are great too. It does not have a 10-key though so that may be a turn off to some.

This is a very nice laptop. Runs well and has most features needed except 1. No DVD and that can be a hassle. This is the new trend in order to make laptops lighter and thinner. Very happy with performance and would recommend to others.

I am using this laptop now to write this review. I am very pleased with the performance, weight, and overall quality. The processor speed is great, and I don't experience any problems with movies or music

I purchase two of these, one for my dad and one for my grandma. They both play "facebook games" and the inexpensive tablets just don't run fast enough to keep up with the graphics. After my dad bought an inexpensive laptop and experienced all sorts of lag, we decided to return it and get one of these. So far both have been performing very well and the games run very smooth.

I purchased my Dell PC as a replacement for my old PC which was used as a lap top with a mouse, key board and monitor. My new Dell has worked out great. Can still use my mouse and key board. And can attach via HDMI cable to my TV. Thanks Jack M.

It is very good laptop with touch scheme. It work very good.

For the price, this PC has a touch screen, good processor and incredible resolution. Easy to use as a Tablet. Best buy in its price range!

Purchased this for my husband, he only uses for the Internet and it works well. Would recommend it for any one who is looking for a computer for surfing the web and easy to use.

I bought this laptop for my brother (who’s currently studying) about a month ago. Till this day he hasn’t had any problems with it and he says it’s really great for all of his homework and online research. Also, he says, its great for watching movies, because of its touch screen features and the HD resolution.

I anticipated having issues adapting to my laptop after after so many years on a desktop PC at work and at home. Remarkably I haven't had any major issues at all and I'm extremely pleased wit the look, feel and performance of my new laptop.

It meets my requirements for use as a tablet and computer with a keyboard. I find myself using the touch screen even when the keyboard is available.

This is our first PC computer in about 12 years, having switched to Apples at that point. The touch screen is great, making it an easy switch from the iPad and MacBook. Programs are easy to use. Not sure about Cortana - I'm assuming it's the Siri equivalent. Works ok but I'm used to just typing in the address line of the browser. Overall a great product so far!

I purchased this laptop for my wife. it does everything she wants it to. this is not for anyone who plays a lot of graphics intensive games but for basic games, internet, and word processing it works quickly with little fuss. she did have some issues with Pinterest graphical interface which would lock up the computer and require a reboot. not a super complicated fix and it was related to window 10 not the computer itself. while i think the 700.00 price point is a little high the 500.00 i paid when it was on sale made this a fantastic buy.

It came with Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. Edge does have some issues, so either use IE 11 that is installed or chrome or another browser for things that want JAVA or other addins. The setup and driver updates was very simple and the switch between the two modes is seamless.

Don't get me wrong. I am loving this computer, its fast, robust and has a nice design. I gave 3 star just because this computer needs to be updated before fully usage. I had a really bad time trying to figure out why it didn't conect to my home wifi when all my other devices did (I actually exchanged it to other same model and the problem persisted!). It turned out that the wireless driver were outdated. I had to use my old pc to download from dell's web support site the required wireless driver and than copied to this using a pen drive. I couldn't figure out this without other folks reviews here about the same issue. Bestbuy should be aware of this and suggest that their customers do the update in the store with tech support guys.
