I went into the Best Buy store intending to just "shop around" to see if I could afford a Microsoft Surface. I ended up purchasing the Inspiron on the spot because of the excellent price, the touch screen capabilities, and the all-in-one screen. I got all the benefits of a tablet while still getting the power I needed! The only thing that surprised me was the lack of an Ethernet port, which I overlooked in the store because I made the decision so quickly! If you need an ethernet port, you'll need to purchase a docking station, which I did. Love this machine so far!

I really like it ... Not only because its tuch but the personal assistant is a good for eassy and faster access it could improve more but its a good enough for a laptop... I really like how its set up and how it has little things for eassy faster accsess

The right size to use and to travel with. I love the lighted keyboard. I like having 2 USB ports. I'm still learning all the functions I have at hand. Love that it can be folded into a book...

Bought this computer for my wife to use for her work and personal needs. Much better than her previous laptop and comes with a lot of speed and space for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and casual use computer.

Love that you can have a computer and flip it over to use as a tablet. The neat part is that you can flip it over and sign something and flip it back and sent it. The only issue is it does not have a place for a CD to go in. You have to buy a DVD Writer if you want to play CD's or download a game off of a CD.

Great computer needed service within a week it needed repairs but they took care of it for me. Works amazing!

We have always owned an HP but loved what this Dell Computer had to offer. Love the touch screen a lot. The keyboard is raised which is great. Still learning what it all has to offer but so far I love everything about it.

I just wish there were some more detailed usage guides to help me become familiar with the new technology and software. Such as how to make certain I have the latest updates, and how to utilize the latest features available other than by trial and error. Also, I have run into several incidents where Windows Word or excel will lock up on me for some unknown reason and I have not been able to find a reason or solution for the problem?

Great product from a great store. Very helpful. This Dell is easy to use, looks sharp and has excellent quality and features.

It is much faster than my old computer but I like the keyboard on my old computer much better.

Windows 10 is very intuitive, but this Dell computer is fast and the picture is crisp. The 15.6" screen is comfortable, and the memory handles my needs well.

It has all of the features needed for non-business use. Great speeds and easy to maneuver.

Bought the laptop to use office, email and internet. Some Netflix also. Great so far. Very light considering the big screen. Don't know the price right now, got a nice deal (<$400). It's hard to say it's "excellent", for this price, totally worthy! That's why 4 stars.

I've never had a Dell but the reviews were good and along with my son who is an expert in computers and the gentleman who helped us I decided to buy one. I love it. Still learning but pretty easy to use.

If you’re looking for a nice laptop that want break the bank, then here is a great choice. This laptop is just a small step down from the next Dell laptop in the series, which will save you a couple hundred bucks (depending on the current sales price). I want go into the specs, you can read them from the page, but unless you’re trying to edit video or use Autocad you shouldn’t have any problems. Oh, and don’t waste your money buy the Dell laptop with the SSD drive because you could save your money and replace the HD in this laptop with an SSD for much less.

The Computer and Microsoft connection tool work well, just a small learning curve.

I initially felt that this was the best laptop. But unfortunately display driver error kept surfacing. Called dell support they could not resolve issue after several attempts. Although dell support worked hard to fix it remotely. This display driver issue has been mentioned by others bestbuy reviewers as well. So it's not unique to my unit. Anyway I had to return it.

Does all things that a desktop can do and more. Touch screen is great!

This computer is my 6th Dell device, I thought the others were good but this is excellent, from the touchscreen to the feel of the keyboard and the backlit feature, it's great.

Small, light, and touch screen make this a good choice for college.
