easy to use , easy to get around the apps ,touch screen is awesome.

This is my second dell. I really liked my first one which sent me towards Dell again. It is very dependable, didn't cost a lot and I love the sharpness of the screen. I didn't notice at the time but they don't put cd rooms on them anymore. I like it because it makes the laptop more streamlined and lighter to carry. I recommend this laptop to everyone.

We have had this laptop for a month, and I was apprehensive about getting a DELL, but so far it is working great. The screen has very good resolution and the Intel I5 processor is fast.

This computer met almost all of the characteristic I wanted in a laptop. It's thin with a large display. There have been a few glitches, but nothing major. So far I am loving it.

I am pleased with this puter. But I am still learning and have a long way to go. I have had no troubles with it so far. It is not as fast as I would like, but it gets the job done.

The laptop is pretty light but i was annoued that it didnt have a dvd player. Although streaming is the way pf the world, when traveling to developing countries, internet availability is sketchy, no fault of the computer. The screen is crystal clear, much better than the piece of junk HP laptop I bought from Tiger Direct. I'm not a gamer so I only use this for traveling and surfing the net. It serves that purpose well.

Decent budget laptop, nice keyboard, good resolution and average performance you'd expect. Within 2 months it was DOA and would not turn on. Dont believe its a simple AC adapter issue and currently I'm 2 weeks into Dell basic warranty support, which is a nightmare.

i purchased for college. does not have an internal dvdrom but thats ok as i use an external usb bluray dvd rewriter ...excellent graphics ...plays games very well and works great for all my school needs ...i am in school for computer network security and this computer runs everything and all programs as needed...i give 5 stars
