Got it on sale. Had a ASUS T100, wanted to upgrade, not expensive but it definitely could pass for it. Touchscreen, looks great, durable, can fold screen back if you want to use as tablet. Speakers surprisingly pretty good and loud, can plug HDMI cable to project onto TV. Had to buy Microsoft Office separately though, no CD-ROM capabilities though if you still buy CDs to burn. Overall great.

We have a 15.6 touch HP 2-in-1 and I use if for personal and business applications. So when it was time to upgrade our son's 11.6 2-in-1 touch laptop too, I immediately went to BB and found an open box 15.6 that was too good of a deal to pass up. Very good processing speed and remarkable screen clarity. A couple downsides for me is the lack of a 10-key that is on my HP...my son doesn't care because he doesn't use one yet, and no CAT5 connection, only wireless.. He loves this for Steam, and have loaded several other game via external DVD that run as well as they do on our gaming tower PC. So, if you can get one of these while they are on sale, it is a wonderful lightweight laptop/tablet.

Love the laptop but it does loose wireless connection a lot! Also, I keep getting a notification that pop up that the screen is frozen or something like that.

the computer is powerful enough to run CAD software and render 3d models. The screen has a good viewing angle and the 2 in 1 feature is helpful. This is a good mobile workstation for school. The build quality is very solid with the aluminum body. The audio from the speakers is also good. The soft plastic shell does get a lot of finger prints on it but it wipes away with your hand.

Great design. No awful numeric keypad, trackpad is right in the center of palm rest <=> no reason to visit chiropractor. Good screen, backlit keypad, decent trackpad (I wish it was smooth as on most other laptops). Out of the box my unit had problem with video driver. When I was making skype calls it was reporting graphics card driver crashing. After I installed the latest driver (don't have to download it from Intel web site anymore as dell published it on their web page) the problem went away. Also Dell published bios upgrade that is supposed to fix the problem when keyboard backlit is always turned on after windows restart. Though it didn't fix the problem.

We have really liked this computer so far. We download a lot of music and podcasts as well as use Photoshop.

One of the best laptops. It does has some flaws such as a slow driver and internet spazzing out but if you keep updating it you should have no problem.

very nice screen, trackpad seemed a little slow (without adjustments). only one slot for RAM, so upgrades are limited. needs an SSD to get 5 stars!

Great quality product but it does need some upgrades. The included internal wireless card is junk with no range. Swap out the internal card with the upgraded intel 3 bad antennae for $20 and it's perfect now. Upgrading to Samsung SSD made it must faster as well. Battery life is great and screen is very good. Performance with my upgrades have made it a great laptop.

This PC has one of the best configuration for this price. Good performance on Win10. But I had to return it for following reasons: 1) It is way too big..Lots of empty space around keyboard. This piece of hardware will just take the entire space on your table. 2) You get better configuration in Inspiron 13.3" models 3) I finally bought 13.3" inch model with Core i5/128 GB SSD/8 GB RAM/Black for $649. (Will leave a review for that separately)

i bought this laptop for school, it is convenient to use during class and the keyboard is much more comfortable to use than what looks like

I have always wanted a laptop and I always have had dell so that's what I went with and I am glad I made that choice. It is fast and light and I love the touch screen .

I am not tech savvy, but my new Dell laptop is so easy to use and I couldn't be happier for having bought it! I love how it has a regular keyboard PLUS a touchscreen! The light up keyboard comes in sooo handy too. I didn't know which laptop to get but the Best Buy employee was VERY helpful in guiding me in my decision...he listened carefully to my needs and did not over sell me a device that would be unnecessary, for which I am truly appreciative. Very helpful young man!

I love this laptop! Although I seem to be too fast for it. A lot of the time I get a notice saying it's not displaying correctly.

I love this laptop as a screen is standard and I can get 360 with this laptop with perfect mid range price with great specifications. Thanks, dell!

I've had no real problems with the computer; it's fast, the visual quality is great, the case is sturdy, no crashes, etc. However, it takes a lot of tinkering and altering to get the computer to work as intended, and it isn't new user friendly at all. If you know what you're doing, it's a good computer for the prices; but expect setting it up to be a hassle. It cannot play Fallout 4. Sound quality isn't great.

Got it for a good price and it's performed flawlessly since we brought it home. The touchscreen works as it should, the CPU speed and RAM keep everything running smoothly, and we've got no complaints.
