Gave as a Christmas gift to a first time laptop owner. She was THRILLED with the computer. The tablet capability is great, and the backlit keys, she reports, are PERFECT for watching youtube in bed!!

This is pretty much the only machine I have had consistently good results with. Definitely recommend Geek Squad protection.

We've been happy with this laptop so far--with a couple of areas we're having to get used to. Windows 10 has been a bit of a challenge but anything new takes a while to learn! We also think that the keyboard and mousepad are a little far back from the front edge of the laptop making it somewhat difficult to reach the keys.

This is my first 2 in 1 and really enjoy the flexibility. This model has plenty of power and handles my needs just fine. I'm a college student so I do my school work on it. I also stream Netflix.

Very versatile, easy to use and fast I am able to do multiple things at once and the sound quality is awesome

I'm still getting used to the operating system, a bit different than my other computers taking a bit to get used to it.

It's perfect for me as a college student. I can do my online work or flip it up and use it to watch Netflix in between classes. Awesome purchase!

I love the power, look, feel, durability, layout, systems, apps, screen, resolution, and options on this laptop. The mouse is awful. Slow to respond. Have to pound on it or try to touch it like a touch screen. poor design. start up speed is slower than I would look. good value for the money.

Very nice laptop for the money. Nice keyboard, screen is clear and it's really fast.

I had trouble hooking up to my wireless internet. Took it back to Best buy and they made sure all the drivers were up to date and still nothing! Nobody was ever able to figure out what was wrong. I ended up bringing it back and getting an HP laptop which I haven't had any issues with

It is so lightweight it is very comfortable to use on my lap. l have found it to be quick, accurate and pretty easy to use.
