Went to best buy to shop laptops for my 15 yr old son and the sales associate showed us several options and we finally decided on this unit. Ito too early to say but so far it's good. Doesn't have cd romantic drive, which isn't great but with online software he can manage.

I have always purchased a Dell product and this one lives up to the standards that I like.

Laptop is the best one for the type of work I have to do. Programs are easy to navigate.

Overall very pleased with this 2 in 1. I would recommend for intermediate laptop users.

Web browsing and Office tasks are the majority of my work and this laptop is nice and speedy with everything I do.

this laptop was a gift for my brother in law. He needed a windows laptop to start his new career and this fit the bill. It could use more storage space, would be the only nit I would put on it from my perspective, but I believe it will be perfect for his use.

Fabulous laptop with Windows 10. More than met my expectations. Great color, clear screen and so versatile. My IT Manager saw it and offered to buy it from me. Sending him to Best Buy to get his own.

I am by no means a computer expert. I wasn't even sure what I wanted. I needed a laptop for work but kind of wanted a tablet for ease of use. That's when I stumbled on this product. It does both, and it seemed like the best value from a reputable company.

So far so good. It's a LITTLE slow, but i haven't had any real problems with it.

It is a very good and portable computer. I am able to switch it to tablet mode which is awesome. The only thing about this computer is that the oil from your fingers will absorb on the computer

Love my new Dell computer. It's fast, user friendly, slim and I love the touch screen. Great for the price!

Got for college , excellent computer especially the note taking and touch scream . The only reason it does not have 5 stars is because it constantly has to update and if you don't update even once your computer will completely stop working .
