Bought this for my daughter for college and after being a MacBook house for years she learned she needed a windows box for her programming class. Found this one and have been very impressed. For the dollar it’s a solid choice.

This is the first laptop we have used that does not have quirks. It is fast, light, and dependable. I would like to list the cons, but none come to mind. I had heard Dell was not what it used to be, but taking the plunge really paid off.

This laptop has been enough for what it was purchased. Now during the pandemic it has been very useful. I have had no hardware problems, much less software. I recommend it.

Love the folding tablet option, the amount of memory(so everything runs smoothly) and the interface. Very sleek. A little heavier than I anticipated, but it feels solid.

I have been using Apple computers for the last 15 years and this was my first trip back to a Windows machine in that time. So far, so good. The setup was easy and so far the computer is working great!

Geek squad did a good job with the setup, and the laptop operates as expected. Needed for MS Office plus photo/video editing. Works well.

wifi was unstable, login ok but constantly get kicked out. no other issues with my other devices returned laptop within a week.

I've had it for over a year and haven't had any major issues. I just don't like the fact it does not have a cd drive, but other than that it's nice.

a little hard to use, tried to copy a picture to another form and it wouldn't let me, a few more little quirks but nothing is perfect

Great after Initial setup which was confusing w Cortana going too fast and to remove subscription software and replace w previously purchased versions

So far I really like this computer. I'm wondering if I should have paid for more RAM, but I have no gripes. We'll see more after the next few months.

Needed new laptop for work and this one is more than capable of handling day to day task - the tablet feature is a big plus when in tight spaces

This computer us diffidently a superior system it handles easily and efficiently. This is my second DELL Computer, and both are great little machine.

This is my 3rd Dell laptop since I graduated High School. The two previous have lasted 15+ yrs. They are very reliable & very user friendly. Highly recommend.

Had to replace my other computer and this one does all of the things that I need to continue on with my work. Very quick and works very efficiently.

I have a significant hearing problem and usually have difficulty under speech on cell phones and laptops due to poor quality of most speakers.

The addition to the family computing has been satisfied with the addition of products from Best Buy

I needed to replace my old computer, mainly for storing photos and accessing word documents and email. This computer meets all my needs.

Has everything I need for school assignments. Includes the ports I need for adding a drive, charging my phone. Good deal.

The only drawback to this laptop is Windows 10. I am so used to Windows 7 that it is tough to get up to speed with 10.
