I bought this for my wife, an upgrade to an HP laptop that was getting "long in the tooth". She is very pleased. It's much faster, has a touch screen, backlit keyboard and is much thinner and lighter than the one it replaced. It really should have 16 gig of memory which I plan to upgrade but other than that...its perfect!

This laptop is fast and easy to navigate! I am very pleased and would definitely purchase another when necessary.

Decided to buy an open box as it was way less expensive than a new one. I saved, with the sales price close to $600. Completely happy with this unit and couldn't have asked for more. I'll always buy open box/return over new any day.

I always by Dell for my PC's. I have 4. I believe in the brand, as they have been quick trouble shooting and repair.

This is an excellent computer and I have enjoyed using it. It is meeting all of my needs. Would recommend this computer to others. It has many features that are helpful, like the touch screen which I did not have on my old computer. Best Buy was able to transfer everything from my old computer. Thank you NT

I purchased the Dell Inspiron for both personal and work use and have not been disappointed. The Inspiron is fast and user friendly. Plenty of space as well. I would recommend getting antivirus other than the preloaded McAfee and I also wish that there was a bit less bloatware but other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.

We purchased this laptop for our daughter who is a freshman in college. She absolutely loves it. Our oldest daughter, who has graduated college, has a Mac but she seems to enjoy this laptop a lot. Our youngest, going into high school, wants to change over to one of these as well.

Great laptop, the colors on the screen are exceptional. The buttons on the key board are soft, touch screen and you can upgrade the RAM!

Love this laptop. Easy to set up. Really enjoy the versatility. I am not a gamer so I can't comment on gaming, but if you're looking for a nice fast computer that is versatile has a touch screen and can be used like a tablet its great.
