    So far so good. I bought this to replace my old 4G ram laptop as it couldn't keep up with my school work anymore. I wanted to find something I could use for everything, from school to work to gaming, and it covers the basics of everything. The only thing I have issues with, is sometimes when you flip it to tablet mode and back it's orientation doesn't auto change back, but it can easily be done through the settings and display menu. Other than that, it works wonderful, no lag on anything I do and I do a lot of multitasking. I wouldn't say it would be the best for big gamers or anyone who uses a WHOLE lot of power, but for everyday multitasking, and personal fun, I love it.

    I paid good money for this computer, but it's worth every penny! My last laptop had reached the point where keys were sticking, turning it on took forever, etc. This new computer is amazing. I'm impressed with it every time I use it. And I always said I didn't need a touch screen, but now I don't think I could live without it. LOL

    This is an excellent product. It is incredibly fast, extremely user friendly, and the price was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to update their system. The sales staff was great to work with and the Geek Squad did a superb job of get it set up and running. I would always go to Best Buy for any of my computer needs or service!
