the Inspiron was easy to set up = transfer data from old computer and begin working. The screen size and key board meet all of my needs as a sight challenged person. Great computer for everday use and met my budget. Love IT!

My brother wanted the Dell Inspiron laptop computer because his previous Dell laptop stopped working for him. He initially bought the Samsung laptop computer, even though a little more expensive. But he preferred the Dell computer keyboard touch better. He has been using his Dell laptop computer ever since he got it.

I like the laptop - it is faster than my previous one - but it is taking a while for me to adjust to the display and configuration of the apps and how to get into them, and I am not used to a flat keyboard. Overall, it is faster than my previous laptop.

I am most definitely loving my new purchase as I have always been impressed with functionality and use of using a Dell laptop. This Dell replaced my old Dell i had for 9 years and they have improved and keep improving and the ease and understanding of using this system.

Bought on sale and pretty disappointed in it despite keeping my expectations fairly low at this price point nowadays. PROS: * SSD file operations are speedy * Good battery life * Sharp picture CONS: * Windows 11 sluggish and unresponsive even without any apps open. I run Win11 on a desktop and the difference is considerable and in this case very disappointing. * Left/right-click actions on the touchpad often fail to register, requiring multiple attempts, use of a mouse or tapping the touchscreen itself *Audio port hardware issue - produces constant feedback through headphones or speakers connected even when fully muted unless some kind of audio source is playing. * Cramped keyboard - makes any attempt at lengthy typing error-filled, and lack of a numpad has turned out more inconvenient than hoped.

Great for on the go! Has allowed me to continue my studies even on vacation. We upgraded from a 2010 Dell laptop and the only downside is the new one doesn’t have the dvd/cd drive included, but that is to be expected from newer models. Everything has loaded quickly and setup was easy!

I love this computer! I used to have an HP Chromebook and this does not even compare. Super fast and with the 16 in screen, I could never see an 11 in screen the same again.

so far it seems to be a wonderful laptop. it has everything I need and more. I admit i am a bit of a novice when it comes to computers, but it is so much better than what i was expecting or needing.

We bought the Dell Inspiron 16 to have a standard size keyboard and large screen on our trip to England for a month. Now it has become a tool we use daily at home for many applications. Smart buy!

Overall our sales rep did a very good job, she did not push any brand on us but let us choose. Then the Geek Squad gave us a day/time to pick up the new computer after the data transfer. We received an email to come in a day earlier which was fine. We were not able to get ahold of them by phone or do it successfully online to pick the time so we ended up driving to the store again to make the appt. Then on the new date/time chosen we did not have any wait time. We were in an out very timely, but it was our 3rd trip.

For the price I paid, this laptop is excellent. It is fast and efficient, and with its discounted price, the features are more than adequate.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter. Easy set-up and she has not had any issues using the laptop. So far so good.

This is my husband's second DELL & he is very pleased with the ease of usage & especially enjoys WINDOWS 11! Would definitely recommend DELL computers to everyone.

PC is fine and meets expectations for a business laptop. A related purchase of a subscription to Microsoft 365 turned out to not be needed and it’s pretty crappy they won’t refund it when it hasn’t been activated.

I give it 5 stars because I feel Dell Laptops are the best. It's easy to navigate and it works for what I need it for. Especially playing my games and surfing the web.
