As a large file processing computer / laptop, this unit has performed quite well so far. As always, time will tell but have very high hopes it will keep performing very fast. Great laptop.

Purchased this laptop for my son and he's very happy with it. The performance in terms of graphics, sound and processing exceed his needs and expectations. He likes to upgrade his own computers so it's good to know this Dell product has ease of access to the components. The only issue he's related to me thus far is the dearth of USB ports.

I have enjoyed my Inspiron. I was disappointed that it does not work with a pen as suggested by the salesperson. It is faster than my previous laptop and has the backlit keyboard. I also like the larger screen. In hindsight I wish I had opted for the solid state drive. All in in all, it is an up to date laptop for office use.

Very nice large laptop but need more USB ports(only has 2) and the power button is in a bad/stupid spot, every time I touch it I push the button, Dell needs to fix this. Also I would recommend an SSD hard drive, I will be upgrading as soon as I can afford to do so.

I spent lot of time shopping for a new computer. This Dell 17 7000 was my first choice, but after reading a lot of negative comments I found myself doubting. However, I realized that most negative comments were about size, weight and other elements now I find to be either false or irrelevant. After one month of heavy use I don't regret my purchase at all. I replaced the 1TB HD with a 1.5TB SSD and added a 1TB M.2 SSD for boot and programs. Start-up with original HHD was relatively slow. This laptop is now very quiet (fan starts rarely), very fast and getting over 8hr battery time of actual work (mix of Word, Excel, PPT, email, browsing). The 17" screen is great; because I use it a lot for presentations, I wanted the largest screen possible. No problem processing videos or doing heavy work with graphic design. The weight is less than what I'm used to. I can have the laptop on my lap on a long flight and it doesn't get hot. What I find missing: VGA port, additional USB3 (has USB2, USB3 and UBS-c), swappable battery. A DVD reader would be nice but not essential. I got a USB-c to USB3-VGA-Ethernet adapter to compensate somewhat. All around, a great computer.

Very happy with this purchase. Large screen with beautiful pictures. Great speed and memory.

My new Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 has proven thus far to be excellent and sturdy and the 17.3 inch screen is particularly useful for games or older users due to screen size.

I don't travel as much anymore and I wanted a bigger screen. The dell setup had all the goodies I wanted. Was easy to setup and I was up and running very quickly.

I love the way the Keys light up! Great picture, Sound Quality is like having a Desktop... I like how you don’t need a CD to download any new Software...

This laptop is awesome however the 5400 RPM 1 terabyte drive that is included is like putting a leash on a tiger. Add an m.2 solid state for around 100 bucks and watch is fly. Then use the terabyte for backup and extra storage.

I have had this laptop for a couple months now and so far it’s been great. It’s never slow, even when i play video games, and Windows 10 is awesome.

This laptop is functions with speed and efficiency. Had come in contact with a virus, but windows defense removed the threat before damage was done.

This laptop configuration has the combination of processing power combined with RAM and HD to be a true desktop replacement. Great screen display.

I did a lot of research before buying this mainly because I have bought nothing but Apple products for years and I needed a good PC but didn't know very much at all about current ones. I finally settled on this one and I'm glad I did. I'm still a Mac person but I'm very happy with this Dell. It is very fast and the graphics are great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great all in one laptop for the price. I purchased this one to replace a powerhouse of a computer that I use for editing photos and video work as well as some resource hog games and it does a decent job. Not a gaming rig but can still run them pretty well.

I'm an Apple person living in a pc world and this computer was a good compromise. The tablet feature is a bit cumbersome but I like the touchscreen feature. The screen size is great and I like the fact that it's pretty well loaded with most of the options you could get.
