I purchased this laptop as a replacement to my stolen iMac desktop. As I started doing my research I found that the apple laptops were 2x the amount with nearly half of the Hard Drive space and Memory of a dell laptop! Plus its TOUCH-SCREEN!!!

I've had my laptop for a few months and it has out performed my expectations.

Had some difficulty uninstalling some of the pre-loaded software and joining this one to the domain. Other than that it seems to be pretty solid. No performance or physical issues. Sturdy but not too heavy for a 17.3". Standard boot times and seems to handle multiple tasks fairly well.

Meets all of my expectations and will tell my friends. No failures up to now.

I love this computer, it runs so much faster than my other computer did.

This computer is plenty fast, boots in seconds, and has been solid so far. The monitor is HUGE. I was used to a 14" so this thing is a monster in that respect. Cool that you can use it as a tablet when needed. I have it in laptop mode 99.9% of the time.

This Dell is the 8th laptop from a number of different manufacturers. I use it for business primarily but also for some entertainment. The screen is clear and bright. The keyboard is comfortable because there is a wide area in front of keys to rest hands. It is quick and lets me jump from one program to another without delay. I'm glad I selected this one.

Overall this is a pretty decent computer. Runs fast best believe I put it to the test. One big downfall for me is that it only has two USB ports besides the USB-C port

Bought this for my wife for her new job. she absolutely loves it. Nice 17 inch screen, clear as can be. Fast and easy to navigate. Certainly not a high tech computer user but it has met all of our needs. Definitely would recommend.

This laptop is like the Nissan of laptops, does everything well but nothing great. It’s an expensive laptop and yet it really doesn’t justify itself being one. The performance is good, screen decent, battery is passable. I do like the keyboard a lot but the trackpad is meh. I did have a hardware failure on the laptop, the hard drive failed and I had to send it into Dell for replacement. That was probably just a defect in my laptop but definitely hold on to the box once you buy this. Overall everything has its flaws, this laptop is still good in my opinion but not great.

it's a good laptop but with a small issue with me my display is yellow! I have 24" external monitor fixed this issue. it's fast for what we need. I did update the HD to SSD 480gb with out any problem.

Purchased a Dell Inspiron 17" Lap Top with touch screen, Have found it easy to operate and the touch screen feature is just wonderful to use. Makes operation so much easier than using the mouse. Highly recommend this computer

Will probably never buy another Apple IPad again. This has both - laptop capability plus IPad expand ability in one. Plus a much bigger screen, better memory, ability to update, and better sound than my IPad. Just love it

Love this computer! It's fast and easy. I love the large screen and room for your hands on the keyboard.

I purchased this for a relative who needed it primarily for working in Microsoft Office. Aside from a somewhat tedious initial setup, the interface and touchscreen capabilities are pretty responsive. My only gripe is that load times feel rather sluggish for something boasting 16mb of RAM with an i7 processor. It takes quite a bit of time for Word and Excel to load. I feel that at it's current price point, a 250 or even 500gb SSD would have been a better value.
