Desktop replacement works great. Does everything I need it to do. It is heavy and bulky but that's what you get with 17" screen, for me it's perfect l.

It constantly crashes. I cant go a week without it crashing or over heating. Now my hard drive got corrupted some how, and it won't come back on. I'm not sure how this happened because I only use my laptop for school. Other than that great game performance, display, tablet mode, and awesome features. I really do like this computer a lot.

The product seems good, sales person was very helpful and explained most of the features. Not sure I'm content with windows 10 only time will tell.

I thought the touch screen was good only on smartphones. Instead I like it more with this laptop because for the larger screen. Perfect!

Needed a large screen for Electronic Medical Software for work. This laptop is perfect for large screen applications. I did not want a desktop.

This is a great computer and performs better than I expected. Great picture,fast,light, I could go on but the bottom line is that I love it.

Still having problems learning to use without a mouse and access to some programs but for primary use the speed and availability is excellent.

This Dell laptop is so versatile. The touch screen is great. I am really enjoying the convenience it gives me. This is great product.

I got it to use it in my work and I haven't regretted at all. It's as fast as mi personal computer desktop (also Dell by the way)

I just didn't like how small the battery life was.

So far so good! One complaint is it takes too long to open to the desktop. Once it is open I can move around easily. Unfortunately it doesn't have a disc drive which really handicaps me using my embroidery patterns and I had to buy an external disc drive; my bad for not realizing its limitations. I suggest anyone purchasing one of the newer computers, pay close attention to what is part of the unit and what you can do without. I'm an avid Dell laptop owner and very satisfied with this one.

Fast and accurate - I am happy. The screen size is wonderful and the picture quality is amazing. It does everything we need !
