I’ve always been an HP person but decided to give this one a try. Worst mistake! It’s beyond slow! When I start it up, it takes 5 minutes. When I open my web browser it takes 5 minutes. And when I try to open my folders, it freezes. I just can’t anymore! My 2011 HP desktop computer is better than this crap. I haven’t even downloaded any programs because of how slow it is. I even decided to reset the settings to factory settings to see if it would speed it up and even that took 5 hours to complete. I wish I was exaggerating. Never again will I buy a Dell.

Too Slow For School

I shut down McAfee, which has helped a great deal, but it still moves like a 1994 dinosaur.

I don't know what's slowing it down: Windows 10; OneDrive; Microsoft Edge or if it's just an inferior product. I'll take it to my local computer person for diagnosis but don't hold much hope for this fixing the problem. Also, who thought it would be a good idea to put the ports on the back of the machine behind the kickstand? Have to awkwardly maneuver the entire computer around to plug anything in, replace the computer so I can see the screen, and then re-maneuver the computer to unplug the blasted USB-connected item.
