It has turned into a nice desk top PC. Neat, nice large screen, great sound, simple to connect. But, the hard disk speed of 5400rpm is a touch slower than I am used to having. But, at the end of the day it is not a show stopper by any means. Overall, very pleased. Came with Win10 and I had not seen, must less used before, so I had to start over a couple of times to set it up the way we like our computer to look, etc. Nice now. Learning curve. my son says "just getting old".

This was my first experience with buying an all-in-one & the customer service I received online, plus I was able to pick it up, within AN HOUR, at my local Best Buy!! The customer service at the store was even better then online. She thoroughly walked me through ALL THE FINE PRINT, as well, including Geek Squad Protection AND THE BEST PART, I GOT MY ALL-IN-ONE that I wanted PLUS 3 years of GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION AND WEBROOT Internet security for 6 Months...ALL FOR FREE in addition to my computer. Needless to say, I'm thrilled that I got all of this for LESS THEN I would have spent on the computer alone!!! I LOVE YOU BEST BUY ☆☆☆☆☆ ALL THE WAY!

I have had the computer for 11 months. It has been a problem from day1. Continued error messages requiring a restart. Finally, Last week the computer gave me the Windows "blue screen of death" and the Start Menu, Task Manager and 90% of programs stopped. Long story made short, I spent more than 17 hours on the phone to India over a 10 day period. Dell finally agreed to replace the hard drive. Once replaced , Windows would no longer load. Spent another 3 hours on the phone and NOTHiNG. The computer will not even load Windows. It is now a 30 pound paperweight and Dell tells me the only option is to somehow pack it and ship it back to them....at my expense. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy a Dell. I owned Dell computers for 15 years and they used to be good. Now they are the worst.

Dell all in one $ 650.00 , Owned 30 days , 31 st day was Monday Dell is not open on weekends went dark and would not boot up , Called Best Buy , You have 14 days to return it to them. Told to call Dell . Called Dell if I would have bought it directly from Dell they would have sent me a new one. Instead they send me a new hard drive , after telling them it was not the hard drive. No instructions on how to install it. Had a person install it and spend time on the phone when doing so. The hard drive they sent was Blank. Now I have to pack the whole thing up send to Dell 2 to 3 weeks to repair or replace . Not happy Best Buy won't discuss the issue on the phone.

I spent considerable time reading reviews of this computer. When looking over my options at Best Buy, I settled on this one for price, quality, dependability and speed. I have owned Dell computers in the past and never had a problem with them. I narrowed my choice down to HP and Dell based on a $700 budget limit. It was really easy to set up and I really like no cords for the keyboard and mouse. I read the issues others have had with the computer and I have not experienced any problems. For the price, it is an excellent computer.

--Design--
The design of this All-in-One PC is easy on the eyes. With a minimalistic view, all around really shows off how you can have a PC with very little cables; which is great because you don't have all of these cables running everywhere getting in the way. I have a cat so having less cables is great!
The glossy black and white is always a plus to make it easy to flow with any theme around your house, whether be living room or bedroom, etc it will look very slick. People can love touch screen, it is really neat feature to have on a desktop PC. For the most part a lot of us are already use to this feature on tablets, phones and some laptops but on a desktop screen is not very common but quite neat.
The keyboard was nice, I am typing this review on this PC and the buttons are not huge, it's not clicky clacky which makes it decently quiet while typing. I didn't have any issue with key input lag nor any input lag with the mouse, they both worked normal for me. It is a flat key keyboard but I’m okay with it, it can take a few to get use to but it didn’t take long.
The stand is built in so you do not have to have any tools to set it up.
--Video--
It didn't have any dead pixels on arrival, no light bleed and had great colors and clarity as I expected it to have. The colors were nice and crisp and seemed to be full of life when watching videos, day or not it’s clear.
I did tests with music videos, movie DVD disk, Movie/TV show rips from Blu-ray disks.
--Sound--
The sound is pretty awesome if you were to ask me, I'm sure some will diss it but I mean really? It is actually pretty good and high, sure it could be better but better costs more and good speaker systems are not that cheap. I don't know exactly how many speakers nor the size of them but they are very easy on the ears. Not that high crackling you hear with laptops or generic speakers you can buy. They did a great job with them for the space they had to work with. I did tests with country, rap, hip/hop, pop and alternative rock.
--Webcam/Mic--
The webcam is okay, about the same you would see in a midrange laptop, mic is about the same feeling. Nothing truly amazing but good for general use like Skype/Google Video.
--Speed & Response--
The touch screen is perfect and I love it!
All of the apps that I installed went without issue. When clicking on them they popped up quickly and loaded normally.
This is not a gaming PC so I did not try to game on it but I'm sure having an AMD APU it could do some games at low/medium settings, my HP Touchscreen Laptop was slower than this PC and it played Rocket League quite well, so games that are not heavy on graphics should do fine.
Pros:
Touch Screen
1080P
All-In-One
Speakers
Wireless
Only 1 Cable needed!
Space Saver
1TB
Cons:
Locked Bios!
--Other thoughts--
What I really love about this pc, besides basically no cables is that since It's an AIO Desktop you can put it almost anywhere on any surface in the house without taking up room and can easily move it for a change of scene or to clean the surface it is on. With a desktop, you have to unplug all of these wires and move it, which it can weigh a good amount more.
My family (general users) were all impressed with this PC. They kept trying to take it away from me! lol
A lot of the bad reviews seem to be really based on Windows 10 issues more than the pc itself. OEM Bloatware has always been around and yes it can slow the PC down a good amount, I dislike it greatly myself. The 5400RPM hard drive is another reason you might feel it's slower, however putting a SSD in this machine would cost more. The average user really just wants to see plug-in-play, which is fine, being a builder and gamer I always do fresh installs because I know how and it runs perfectly after with that. Lots of people do not know how to do that but if you uninstall a lot of stuff that is pre-installed it will run much better for you.
I do wish the PC was better for you with issues, well I wish Windows 10 was better for you and worked as it supposed to. I have been lucky with no issues hardware or software wise so far, I have been playing with it for a few weeks now, still going strong.
I absolutely hate having a locked and lacking of features too. It seems almost normal today to have it. Being a builder and gamer I like seeing features and options in my bios and a nice updated UEFI one too.
*Please Note: I received this laptop in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I knew I needed a new computer because mine was 8 years old with windows 7. Things were starting to happen. But I had all my files and pictures that I had accumulated over the years, and I was comfortable with Win 7, and not sure about going to Win 10. First of all, I had a tower, and getting rid of all those wires by buying an all in one was fantastic. Transferring all my stuff was about a 4 day event, but it was pretty easy , just time consuming. What I really like about this Dell is the size and clarity of the screen, the speed, and the ease of using. What I didn't like was that you get nothing with it. They put a lot of temporary apps on it for you to try, but you have to buy them if you like them. Luckily I had a copy of Office 10. Setting up wireless was a snap. I am very happy with my purchase.

swapped my laptop for this great desktop and am enjoying my Flight Simulator, social media and email more that I have for a year. The screen is clear and large. As an all in one, it take minimal space and the keyboard and mouse slide in the desk pull-out cleanly. I'm Thrilled with how easily it set up, except if came with windows 8 and had to be upgraded and was suppose to have Windows 10 out of the box!. Purchase was easy, and BestBuy took care of the Windows upgrade since they sold as Windows 10 installed. Windows 10 is so much better than 8 simply because it allows me to look like 8 and still use the 10 features as I want them, easing me into the changes instead of frustrating me! Yea!

Awesome Desktop Computer!

I had a Surface Pro 3 that performed well, but always seemed a little small for my line of work in graphic design. So, I bought this All-In-One desktop computer on a whim one day when I was walking around Best Buy to see if it would be worth it instead of my Surface Pro 3. The answer is a definite YES. The display is great, while not quite as bright as I would prefer, but clarity and color rendition are spot on! The speakers are surprisingly great too with very good bass performance and amazing crisp clarity for music. Windows 10 runs smoothly on this machine, and I do professional grade graphic design and photography work with heavy Adobe Creative Suite software, and the AMD A8 quad core processor and 8GB of RAM blow my little Surface Pro 3 Intel i3 dual core processor and 4GB RAM completely out of the water! I love this thing.
Boot times are pretty slow thought because it's a regular 5400rpm hard drive... But hey, it's a 1TB capacity, so I'll take it!
The included keyboard and mouse are very cheap feeling unfortunately, but at least they are wireless. I replaced the mouse with Microsoft's Arc Touch mouse that feels and performs WAY better.

The computer itself is a great concept. A large touchscreen with windows 10 pre-installed at a very reasonable price. That's why I bought it.
However, the order was placed on 8/5/15 and didn't get delivered on 8/10/15 as scheduled. On 8/11/15 I talked with Best Buy and was told the shipment was lost and that it would have to be cancelled and the item was not in stock to reorder. Best Buy agreed to honor the sale price when the item was in stock in the future. I checked every day for several days without luck.
On 8/17/2015 the item was available and was again on sale for $649.99, so I placed a second order. After placing that order I reviewed the shipment status and noticed the original shipment was still shown as in progress rather than being shown as cancelled.
Not needing two computers I contacted Best Buy and they confirmed the original order was being shipped and in fact was scheduled to be delivered on the very next day. So I cancelled the 2nd order and had faith that the original order would be delivered.
That faith was rewarded as the delivery occurred on the next day and all of my disappointments seemed to melt away. The computer was exactly as expected and setup was a breeze. Although it was not the fastest machine in the world, it functioned as expected and all was right with the world.
That feeling was dashed about two weeks later when the computer wouldn't start-up.
I went directly to Dell to report the issue rather than go through Best Buy as I was pretty certain it was a mother board issue as it wouldn't even get to the opening screen. Having dealt with Best Buy before they are great with warranty work, but anything that is more than the routine... such as a mother board... they sent out for repair. So I figured I'd skip the middle man.
Dell took me through diagnostic exams over the phone and agreed it was the mother board and said they would ship me a box to send the computer to the repair facility in Round Rock Texas. I told them I'd rather have a technician bring a mother board and install it here in my house, but they said my warranty didn't cover in-home repairs. At that point I told them I'd just take the computer back to Best Buy and exchange it since I still had time to do so, but would run out of time if I shipped it to Dell for repairs.
At that point Dell stepped up and agreed to send a technician to my house with a new mother board. Two days later the technician showed up and in ten minutes installed the new mother board and presto my computer was back alive and I didn't have to reinstall software or files.
It's been about a week and so far everything is working fine. It's a good machine and if not for the shipment issue and the bad mother board I'd give it a higher rating as it is a bargain.
