This computer is wonderful, only problem I have is the video driver will quit working every now and then.

Sales staff was really GREAT (Brendan M.), really knows his stuff. The store was very easy to find, great, because I just moved to the area. Not pushy like some salespeople are, will be going back for more stuff.

not a computer guru by any means, & I've got a lot to learn about this computer, which I intend to do. What I like about it so far is everything is built in, no tower, no outside speakers, bigger & easier to read screen, plus it tilts. raises & lowers which I like very much. Keyboard is also wireless & the mouse. When I get time I'm really going to sit down & talk to Dell about all the options I have with this computer. This is my 2nd Dell computer & I've liked both very much.

Love the all-in-one unit. Wireless connections and all-in-one eliminates all wires except 1 for power. Comes with Windows 10 out of the box. Has fast wireless internet connection. Also has CAT 5 connector if I need in future.

The touch screen is great, geek squad helped when I needed them. The all-in-one takes up a lot less space and overall I'm happy with the computer and the Best Buy experience. Not too crazy about windows 10 or office 365 but I probably just need to get used to them.

A great all in one computer. Touch screen is a nice bonus.

This was an upgrade purchase because my previous desktop wasn't powerful to do what I needed. This is more than capable. Easy set up and ergonomicly friendly.

I got a good price for the product. Not exactly what I expected but still satisfied. I thought it would process a little faster than it is. I might be able to attribute part of that to uverse however.

The all in one computer makes it easy to fit anywhere.

Have bought other Dell computers in the past. The first one of these purchased turned out to have a defective LED screen. I had to return it and get a second one. Then, all the data had to be transferred. First computer was purchased the Saturday before Christmas. It was almost end of January before I could use the computer.

We run our small office on this computer. Our kids do their homework on it as well. It has served our family of 5 quite well. The user friendliness of this computer has been great from the most novice 9 year old to 46 year old mom and dad.

Outside of not getting any real help from the store employees who are supposed to help with questions and answers to products. I made the decision about this purchase on my own. All in one are great and this computer fit my needs.

I bought this computer as a replacement for a dell xps one. It fits my needs perfectly. I needed to be able to connect wirelessly to my network and this totally serves the purpose. So far I've encountered no issues with the system

this is my second all in one, and by far the best. It turns on in a blink and has more than enough memory and disc space for my needs

I believe everything has to be touch screen these days. Having everything minimized into 1 station similar to a Mac is nice too.

I initially bought the computer for myself, but my husband quickly took over it. We love its speed and and the amount of memory it has. Moreover, we love the size of the monitor!

Runs slow, disconnects front internet frequently, I would have thought that it would run faster with all that ram. Windows 10 has a bunch of glitches. Love the large screen.
